Car was OK, very easy to pick up and drop off once reservation was shown at counter, staff was nice and courteous.

This van stated initially 6 large pieces of luggage, it is important to clear out that this type of van DOES NOT FIT ANY LUGGAGE AT ALL, luckily we had another car and were able to drive the luggage on a separate car.
Please correct the amount of luggage this van fits, it most certainly does not fit 6 pieces of luggage.

I thought it was enough to bring my car insurance card with me when I got the car, I didn't know that I needed more detailed information about liability, so it took me some time to find the info I needed on my phone. Checkout would have been faster if I had had those documents ready in advance.
The person on the counter was really great, he helped to get me the right car for our visit and was really friendly. I would definitely use Budget again :)

I am very happy with Easyrentcars.com the only frustrating thing is that I can't download the app because I am not based in the US.

Excellent counter staff at ACE Rental Cars Perth. I dropped my phone on the shuttle bus from the return point to the airport, and the team found the phone pronto and immediately sent the bus back with the phone.
Pick up and return were a breeze too, and the car in a fabulous condition.
The car is advertised as a Mustang or similar - there was ONE Mustang, that someone was sitting in, and then there were about 14 other convertibles, none of which had comparable boot space. In fairness, when we returned, they reduced our rental by one day because of the non-availability of the Mustang
The car was great for a small car.
The Melbourne pick address wording is different to what is actually displayed so that was confusing and we needed assistance
We had a wonderful experience with ACE Rentals. Quick and straightforward process, vehicle in excellent condition and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Difficult to get a quote on comprehensive insurance and when i did, it did not match that quoted at the counter which was higher, the desk assistant was helpful in sorting this out
Europcar had non of our details in the system or any other customers so it was an over an hour to process six customers with only one member of staff on duty, created for a poor customer experience

I did not need to interact with Easyrentcar. One area for improvement would be a local Australian number for help, you have it for New Zealand, why make Australia call Singapore?
