It's okay. After getting the order, you'll be directed to the car's location. The key is already in the car. If the gate guard checks the vehicle and finds no issues, you can leave directly. A friendly tip: don't rent an electric car. If you arrive at the airport with a fully charged electric car, there will be an additional charge. I was charged an extra ten dollars.

After taking an hour and a half flight we had to wait on line at the counter at FLL for an hour and a half to receive our reserved car. There were 3 people working and a line 60 people long. All of this while wrangling an almost 2 year old does not making travel any easier. Car received was smaller than expected.

Was extremely skeptical about booking through qeeq and fox rental car and took a chance. Best chance I ever took! Easy to book and fox rental car was a BREEZE!

my flight was delayed by 1h30. when i got to the fox counter. there was no longer my little car that I had reserved and already paid for. the gentleman from fox never wanted to give me a car unless i paid. I had to pay $230 us for a bigger car. even if fox had rented my car which was already paid.

Overall, very satisfied. Both pickup and drop-off were quick.

Didn't get the agreed car. It was substituted with a Nissan. It had over 90,000 miles on it. It had been in an accident.The tires were virtually bald and I had to refill air 3xs then it blew out the sidewall. Got a replacement car.

Fue terrible recoger el auto me tocó tomar un taxi hasta el lugar me salió 40 dólares más . Nadie entrega el auto el auto la camara de retro no valía les dije que me.cambien de auto y no tenían otro más. Al regreso quería cambiar de auto para uno más grande tampoco lo tenían. No responden rápido los mensajes . Pedí la ubicación del lugar para llegar y me mandaron por escrito en vez de ma dar directamente la ubicación. No tenían a nadie en el lugar. Es demasiado pedir 1000 mil dólares de depósito por si algo pasa y que va a ser devuelto después de 8 días de la entrega del auto. No recomiendo para nada está empresa AZ

La persona que nos atendió, no era amable, y nos exigía que le compremos un seguro adicional, indicaba que el seguro que teníamos con nuestra tarjeta INFINITIVE no era suficiente; hemos alquilado en otras oportunidades, y el personal era más amable y no nos insistían tanto para venderlos los seguros adicionales que tienen

Me gusta esta aplicación, me equivoqué en la reserva, me devolvió el dinero, cancelaron mi vuelo, y también me devolvieron el dinero, sin mayor problema; siempre recomiendo a mis amigos que usen esta app

Major problems with the uplift of our car.There was a crash on the Budget computer and after a 1.5 hour wait we eventually were given a hand written contract and our car.
