Renting a car in Dubai felt very professional and transparent with no hidden charges at all.

First time renting a car overseas and everything from pickup to drop-off was super smooth. I upgraded to full insurance on the spot and it wasn’t expensive at all. This self-drive trip around New Zealand’s South Island was amazing—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Everything went really smoothly with both pickup and return, and the car itself was a bright red, super new, and absolutely gorgeous.

The whole experience was super smooth from start to finish, and both the pickup and drop-off locations were really easy to find. The trunk was also nice and spacious—easily fit at least three 28-inch suitcases.

They do try to upsell you a bit—suggesting a bigger car, pricier insurance, prepaying fuel and so on—but they’re not pushy about it. Just say no to everything if you’re not interested and it’s fine.

Super efficient from start to finish

Front desk staff were super helpful and patient, walking us through every term one by one. Since our English isn’t great, they even typed everything out in both Chinese and English on the computer, which made communication so much easier.

Super happy with the whole experience—pickup and drop-off were really smooth, and the branch is only about five minutes from the airport with a shuttle both ways.

This is one of the only few rental companies at Vienna Airport’s car rental center that still accepts Mainland Chinese driver’s licenses. The whole process was quick and easy, no hard sell on extra insurance, the car was in great condition, and unlike Dryyve they don’t take a deposit upfront, just a pre-authorization. Returning the car was straightforward too.

They upgraded our car to a fairly new one, it was super clean and in great condition. Both pickup and return were really easy.
