Very satisfied, it was the model I booked.

Very satisfied. No hidden charges, no hard selling of insurance, and the staff were very friendly. Vehicle inspection was quick and the credit card pre-authorization was refunded promptly, just one day after returning the car.

Avoid this rental company, they are a scam and overcharge severely. The contract listed 11 damages on the car when we received it, and after inspection, we added 6 more. When returning the car, the staff made a fuss over a tiny pea-sized scratch on the bottom of the car and asked if I had a photo. Who takes pictures of the bottom of the car? They then claimed it was new damage caused by me and charged me 150 euros. Complained to the rental platform and the rental company, thank you.

The rental company's assistant was great, and they gave us a very new car.

The efficiency of picking up and returning the car is quite high.

1. The waiting time was too long; it took about 30 minutes from starting the process to getting the car keys for each vehicle. 2. The staff handling the car pickup required the driver's home address to be accurately searchable on her Google Maps app. This caused many issues. One of our driver's home address couldn't be found, so we had to use another driver's address, resulting in an extra charge of over 80 euros to add a second driver.

I reserved a small automatic car, but they gave me a large SUV and claimed it was the smallest car available. The vehicle was very difficult to drive in the narrow, crowded streets of Sicily and consumed a lot of fuel, making the experience quite painful. On the bright side, it did improve my driving skills.

The car had previous damage, and no one inspected it when I picked it up. Fortunately, I took a video, so I avoided an insurance trap when returning the car.

Poor English communication skills of customer service

Beware of this company! At Milan Malpensa Airport T1 location, we experienced the flashlight damage check. 1. When picking up the car, the staff quickly walked around the car without using a flashlight and didn't find any visible damage, so they recorded it as undamaged. 2. When returning the car, the staff used a strong flashlight to meticulously inspect the car and found a tiny scratch that can't be seen with the naked eye, only with a flashlight, and claimed it as damage. During the rental period, the car had no collisions or scratches. We also used the automatic inspection feature of the rental app to upload photos when picking up the car. However, since we didn't use a strong flashlight for the photos, even zooming in makes it hard to tell if the scratch is new or old. After multiple car rentals both domestically and internationally, this was the first time experiencing such a flashlight inspection. Using eyes for pick-up but a flashlight for return, this method is unacceptable for anyone. Avoid this company!

The car pickup was not okay. The female staff had a bad attitude, and they gave us a broken car that was not of the same grade. We had to argue a lot before getting a replacement.

I was forced to purchase insurance at the counter, paying over 1000 Euros extra. When I wanted to review the terms carefully, the staff told me not to bother and just sign directly.

The store is a bit far from the airport, requiring a shuttle bus. You need to call for the shuttle and wait for it to come. If you're unlucky, the wait can be quite long, which is not a great experience.
Returning the car is better, just navigate to the store and return the car, then take the shuttle to the airport.
Insurance is recommended but not pushed aggressively.
The car I got was not ideal. I originally booked a Skoda, but ended up with a Citroen C3 with almost 40,000 kilometers on it.
