Q:How do I pay the crypto invoice?
we can accept BTC, BCH, ETH, XRP, and USD stable coins. There are three ways to do your payment.
A.Scan the QR code to open the payment in your mobile wallet. Your wallet will lock in with the correct cryptocurrency address and sending amount.
B.Paste the payment URL into your wallet's Send screen.
C.Open the payment in your wallet by tapping Open in wallet. Choose one of the above ways，Confirm your payment details, then send the payment.
Q:What is the crypto payment effective time?
You should finish your crypto payment in 15 minutes. If your payment is expired,you can return to our checkout page and restart a cryptocurrency payment.
Q:What fees may apply to me?
You need to undertake the network fee. Some costs happen when appending the transaction to the blockchain, which is usually known as miner fees plus UTXO consolidation cost for Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash payment and gas fees for Ethereum payment. The fees help to confirm your transaction, are charged by the cryptocurrency network.
Q:Why is my reservation inapplicable for crypto payment option?
If you want to use bitcoin, you should order your car at least one day before pick-up time. We accept cryptocurrencies payment which hasn't cover users that are based in the following countries: Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Cambodia, Ecuador, Egypt, Germany, Indonesia, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, and Vietnam. If you are not from those countries, but still can't find the crypto payment method. We suggest you change another car for suppliers may have a special requirement for the car. And notice that crypto can only be used for prepayment amount.
Q:How can I get my refund if I cancel my booking?
We will initiate a cryptocurrency refund if you cancel the order according to the cancellation policy and then you will receive an email from noreply@bitpay.com telling you that the merchant has authorized a refund. Please enter your wallet address to receive your refund amount within 3 days,and you will get the fund in the next 2-3 business days.Note:You need to sign up for a BitPay account in place for the BitPay security requirement. Try to click the collect-refund button again in the refund email if you can't find your refund record after logging into BitPay dashboard.
Q:Why is the refund amount different from the payment amount?
The refunded cryptocurrency amount will be calculated using the BBB rate at the time the refund is made. The precise cryptocurrency amount will likely be different than the original amount sent, but its value will be equivalent in the pricing currency.
