Everything was perfect

The car was exactly as expected and the team were great in their customer service and shuttling us to/from the airport in a timely manner.

We did wait a long time to get a vehicle as the customer ahead did not have the correct booking information to hand and held up proceedings, and there was only one customer service rep serving at the time. The car had not been cleaned since the last rental, but the car performed as expected.

Waited 30mins for pick up and it was a raining day, the staff was not friendly enough to let us load the luggages under the shelter and rushed us out to the rain. Car should be under serviced for about 2000km more but rented for us for 13days. The mileage was over when we returned the car.

Very good platform, we got our car rebooked automatically when price dropped which saved us money.

The car was incompatible with USB/charging of IPhone. This was unacceptable as roads in NZ are long, unpopulated with few services and as I was a lone female traveller the thought of being stranded with no phone battery made me feel very unsafe. Also I was not provided with the central locking key. This was inconvenient, having to first manually unlock the drivers door before I could load/unload stuff into the boot.

Amazing location. Best at airport as you literally walk out of door and pick up car. Super easy for drop off too. Done in seconds. Always rent from here. Car this time was rather scratched up, staff wasted time taking details they should have already had and the car was rather outdated with no AUX or even ability to get local radio stations.

Front desk Coustmer service person was very rude to us the way she talk on our arrival on 13/09. When we drop off the car same person was there, very poor attitude and been rude to us, she didnt check car properly, and told us that they have to take bond to repair windscreen, where there was no chip on glass it was only small glue tag.

They didn’t accept international driving license without translation while in other rentals accepted. So, I have to pay more for the translation. And the car isn’t new enough to use apple car.

Charged us for vehicle damage (for a chip under the windscreen wiper) that we don't believe we caused. Couldn't inspect the vehicle on the start of our trip as the pickup location has no external light and we picked it up at night

Exceeded my expectation and they are efficient.

A little difficult to find the outlet as the communication was 'in terminal'. In fact the outlet is outside the terminal. I have also given the feedback that the deodorizer that they use in the cars (I tried 2 of their cars) is really unpleasant and foul smelling. Suggest switching brands.
