Good service though booking kept getting rejected

Overall, a pleasing experience. Car condition wasn't exactly cleaned. There's some dents and scratches as well. However I am satisfied.

Good booking experience. Quick and easy. Hassle less.

I had requested a car with Apple car play so as to make it easy for me to use my phone in the car. The staff just pointed to me the group of cars that I was eligible to pick up. They didn’t know which particular car could help me with my requirements.

The booking process doesn’t cover the complete costs involved. Once again the local toll charges weren’t covered.

The experience was good

It would have been better to know the hidden charges like inner city parking or mandatory toll charges. Those charges were charged over and above which were high.

The counter staff was very friendly. My car was not ready when I got to the pickup place, I had to wait like half an hour for them to clean it (It just got returned)and get it ready.

The booking was easy. Your price drop protector sucks, not useful at all. I saw the car cheaper at another site, just did not wanted to change any plans.

The SUV had some minor scratches all over but it was great on gas mileage and clean inside.

I love booking with Easyrentcars because I'm getting value for my money whenever I rent with them.

We were given an upgrade on the pick up than the car we selected, so we were really happy. The car was really clean n comfortable.

The car was really really awesome and very comfortable during our 4 days trip in the US. Although, the receptionist was a bit sarcastic. Over all its a very wonderful first time experience in renting a car in the US with Dollar.

Car pulling to left on picking up car resulting in bulge on inside of tyre which necessitated a new one. Apex helpful in locating a new one. Great difficulty in finding return centre in Brisbane then nowhere to put luggage except office a walk away.

Danilo Jimenez REQUIRED me to buy the "minimum" AVIS additional insurance $275.90 for 9 days despite PROOF of FULL COVERAGE on the Easy Rent Cars voucher with Avis's name and reservation on it. When I resisted- Danilo Jimenez CANCELLED my booking and then announced where were no more cars for rent. Extortion pure.

Very smooth rental service and good English speaking staff. While the pick-up location is about 5min drive away from the airport, then rental company is very responsive on LINE and provides very clear information where they come pick you up at the airport and without much waiting.

Simple process to book. Unclear with 4WD query if car has it or not. Easyrentcars.com could not answer the question and I had to clarify with the actual rental company itself. It would be beneficial to show 4WD option for locations with winter conditions.

The staffs are helpful. We got free GPS and WiFi which are a great deal.

We rented a Ford S-max minivan to go skiing to Austria. The car was all the time located in the secure car parking in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, either due to the cold or snow, the car window cracked. There was no sign of any external damage. When I returned the car, a member of staff told me that it should be no problem. When I got home, I saw a bill for 500 euro. I feel that I got ripped off for nothing(manufacturing defect). Good luck in resolving this issue as well, the expected response times are longer than 7 days.

The car was quiet new, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The drop us at the airport. You just have to let them know at what time you have your flight. easy
