Longer wait on collection than expected but there were two customers to be dealt with prior to me. Vehicle had a couple of scratches but nothing significant and had sand on the floor mats, again not significant.

can't complain much about the car since its a compact car. but it feels like wanting to veer to the right usually. saw some models they had but not on QEEQ platform. The driver who picked us up from the airport To Chailease was friendly.

Booking was smooth. Keep it up.

Handover to me was thorough with photos and video.

Car was in a great condition. Had to wait for the pickup to the IWS pickup point.

The car is very good. The check in service staff was helpful and able to provide with little details. The checking out staff is however less helpful and overcharged me for 2 minor issues. 1 is the a slight scratch at the bottom of the bumper and the 2nd is a dent near front passenger door caused by another car parked next to me and had already disappeared. He insisted that I caused the damage because i did not report to police which I do not know how since I did not even noticed the dent until much later. He charged me 4800NT for a damage that can probably be fixed with less than halft the cost and because I have to catch the flight back, I agree to settle so that we can move on. Anyway, I need QEEQ help to recover the ridiculous amount.

Very good, except that if QEEQ can take care of the insurance better for those who puchased the premier package, it will be fantastic. When I picked up the car, IWS make it clear that I have to be responible and paid up front for any incident. I find this troublesome.

Car was brand new with about 2000km on it when I got it. The IWS staff were excellent and very friendly.

I got the car that 1400km* drove only, like new car, clean and condition good. Less than 10 min time to pick up at airport. Staffs are very helpful.

台北駅構内で借りましたが、Hertzの固定店舗があるわけでなく指定場所にスタッフが待機しているスタイルのようです。また日本語がわかるスタッフさんがいなかったので翻訳アプリを介してやりとりしたので車に乗れるようになるまで時間がかかりました。スタッフさんが頑張って対応してくれたのは好印象でした。また利用したいです。

たくさんのレンタカーのなかから希望のものを探しやすい。iPhoneアプリはログインが不安定でPCで毎回あたらしいアカウントの作成をすすめられ、ちゃんと予約できているか不安になる。

The entire process went very smoothly, and we feel it is important to use and support a local car rental company over an international brand. The car was very clean and good on gas mileage.

The QEEQ booking platform worked great!

We don't speak Chinese so we didn't really talk but he took us through a very simple process and we got the car quickly! The only problem was on the return we could not find our way to the ally that takes the car back to where we picked it up. Traffic was terrible so each failed attempt took several minutes to try again. But the agent took the car where we managed to leave it even if not at the shop.

I have had good experiences with QEEQ.

Quick pick up. They come with your rented car and go to the office to sign a contract. However very limited English and only in the office spoken

今回、デポジット不要プランで申し込みましたが勘違いなのか請求されまし。 サポートとの連絡で処理できたようです。 場所の案内もわかり安く車種も希望どおりのタイプでしたが古く傷みもあり、ヘッドライトが暗い状態のものでした。車の年式も限定予約出来ればとかんじました。 連絡はLINE翻訳で出来たのでコミュニケーションは楽で素晴らしいと感じました
