Poor English language, since I forgot full fill the oil only of half tank, 1st Of the officer need me pay, ¥8xxx, it is really crazy, I angry and he don’t understand, 2nd staff told me ¥2xxx is ok. Which is totally ridiculous.

Waited 30 minutes before taking actual possession of the vehicle. Agent over insistant on selling insurance packages, already covered by credit card or personal insurance. Tried scaring us into renting a larger vehicle (because of the difficult Rocky Mountain hills). Turns out we were already upgraded. Multiple scratches on almost brand new vehicle. None noted on inspection sheet. Went back inside to simply see the agent indicate damages based on my own recollection, or even his own "probable"spots We eventually took photos of all damage to feel more comfortable with eventual issues. Drop off agent refused to inspect the vehicle in our presence upon return. The Vancouver airport may in the end be too busy a place to allow rental agents to do a correct job.

Very large depositand constantly tried to upsell throughout the process. Noticeably poorer quality/condition cars than other providers. Greenmotion in Cyprus is actually Europcar

Hertz was very helpful and courteous.

The process was easy to navigate

Wait for picking up car was 2 1/2 hours It was busy but lacked systemisation.

Car was dirty

Car was excellent and though small was ideal for 2 people. Long wait at pickup for an hour because of long queue. Several people arrived at the same time.

Easy to book, good price and got a discount online with the app. Clear information given so we didn’t have to buy extras.

Retrait au guichet interminable, une voiture dans un très mauvais état, intérieur très très sale. Voiture récupéré avec un problème mécanique et un défaut électrique. Vente additionnelle du conseiller abusive!

Car assigned was below my expectation and counter staff did not clearly explained, but only said "car for you is Fiat 500 and because you want a auto transmission car". She is very rude and bad attitude and raised her voice at me, Despite i was not rude to her except that i feel cheated when she told me i got a Fiat 500. I got no choice but to accept it and when i go by myself to collect the car, i realise it is Fiat 500L. She could have explained it properly.

The car was in good condition. The employees were kind and happy to serve us. Everything went smoothly.

Good as usual.

Wait time for pick up from airport was far too long, company wouldn’t answer phone so shuttle bus never came, waited for over 1hr before eventually sending a bus not big enough to fit everyone who was waiting

It was a good experience, the staff is very friendly in helping us in getting the car as well as returning the car.

A good booking platform.

The hireing out of the vechile was great with great counter service from the lovely lady that remembers my name everytime im there, due to working within the disability and child services sector the company is forever hireing cars for regional servicing of clients and the company will always use budget and thanks to there friendly staff and flexability with hiring and returning dates and times, staff at rockhampton aur port really do go the extra mile

Abby Car was great. East Rent was no help. Great car. Terrible communication between Easy and us. Did not know where Abby was located and had no help from Easy. Stood at Arrivals for an hour running around looking forvhelp.

Communicating by yext with Easy seemed loke talking to China. No local phone numbers given!

Very slow due to inadequate number of staff and difficult customer ahead of me

Everything was smart and easy.

Car scratched at pick up. No floor mats. Nobody from customer service on pick up location. We received other car than booked (fiat 500x), at least this was better car, and we were happy cause of this.

All fine.
