Cart pick-up takes too long. I schedule car for 2:00pm. When I show up at 1:00pm I was told that my car will be ready at 2:00pm. After waiting one hour, I wait another 40 min to pick up car. I think there are not enough people to manage all reservations on time.
We were upgraded to a saloon car for free which made our trip so much better, we didn’t have far to drive, but the upgrade made it so much more comfortable.
Staff was great at pick-up. We had two car and there were a few people waiting in line but it went smoothly with the paperwork. No attempt to sell us on additional insurance as we had bought full cover from Easyrentcars.
Once paperwork was done, however, in Florence centre, we had to walk a little to a garage to collect the car. Unfortunately, lots of people were waiting and staffs did their best to get everyone their cars. It was a little hectic and took a while, but the staffs did their very best. We may have just been their at peak pick up time too. Just allow extra time if picking up in Florence centre.

First time booking with Easyrentcars and it was so easy and simple. We had additional coupons which helped a lot.
Car was fine but the customer service was VERY slow, impersonal and very disorganized at pick up. there was zero customer service and they ended up charging me more then what I signed up for on easyrentcars. awful experience.
The car conditions was poor, The bottom of the car are making alot of noise, side mirror can't be adjust. The car body have a lot of dented spot and bumper is not fix properly.We told them about it but they said that was the last unit thay have and we have to wait for around 40mins to pick up our car.
The worst car rental experience I have ever had. An absurdly disorganized pick up that took close to an hour. Then the woman at the front desk insisted I pay a refuelling fee of €23, even though I said I would refill the tank before returning! She said, "if you don't like it, rent somewhere else".
I will never deal with Goldcar again, I don't know how they are still in business.
I couldn't even complete the reservation. They make me wait 15-20 minutes for assistance because they didn't have system. When they finally assist me wanted to charge me for the deductibles[$450] because I brought my own insurance. I canceled my reservation because of the bad service at the counter from the employee

quick and good service. We were expecting a focus sized car which we chose due to the focus having a large boot space. Unfortunately we ended up with a civic with a very inadequate boot space.

Spent about 130 minutes in the car pick up process. It was just too long and very poorly organised by Hertz. Yes, it was busy to collect (Saturday morning), but they should have staffed accordingly.

Des frais supplémentaires au moment du retrait du véhicule, avec des explicitations pas très claires. Du coup notre tarif de location peu élevé au départ a doublé. Par exemple, on nous fait payer un plein d'essence entier, même si on loue une voiture pour moins de 48h pour faire juste quelques kilomètres dans le coin, une façon peu honnête d'encaisser beaucoup d'argent. Imaginez ce gain multiplié par des milliers de voitures louées !
Alors que sur tous les lieux touristiques, nous avons rencontré des personnes parlant aussi le français (langue du Québec, province canadienne), chez Budget, personne ne parlait le français.
Counters were inside the domestic terminal arrival hall. We arrived from the international terminal, had to drag our luggage to the next terminal, and because airport security didn't allow us in through the domestic arrival entrance, had to then go up to the departure entrance, pass airport security scanning, take the lift down to the arrival hall. This was really inconvenient. On returning the car, it was another round of walking all the way to the international departure hall.
