Counter staff was helpful as they always have been. Stellar! Car was great, new and spacious.

Price dropper didn't kick in but that's because the price was already exceptional.

Added 2 additional drivers added at pick up with no issues.

The car was late and the desk was hard to find, sign hidden behind a column. The car was low on fuel compared with the documentation

When I picked up the vehicle I was surprised they had given me the car I wanted. Other operators have me a like for like. The service was brilliant and the professionalism of the people there was very high. I would definitely hire from this company again 100/100

Had to wait over 2hours from when I arrived at the counter to when I finally got my car. They didn’t have any cars available so I had to wait for one to arrive. They did end up giving me a larger size vehicle but that’s probably because they had no other options.

Easy to use

The car was great, but the counter initially said they just didn't have the car I booked for but opted for pick up trucks and smaller SUVs. I insisted that we needed the medium size SUV we booked for, which he eventually gave. The Santa Fe had great options though. Overall, a great vehicle.

The shuttle bus to the airport wasn’t available on our day of return which was a bit of an inconvenience, especially when I booked it said it was.

I specifically looked for cars that could carry a lot of luggage in the trunk, and the interface makes it very difficult to accurately assess how much luggage space one will receive. It's an important piece of information for traveling families. We ended up having to trade in the first car we received for a larger one, but ideally you could spare you customers the hassle.

Car was very good. Spacious and easy to drive. The rental location itself in Toronto airport was hard to find. We spent almost 30 mins trying to find the right location. Drop off was relatively easy.

Easy to use app and booking is quite simplified. Customer service is also prompt and give quick resolutions.

The SurPrice is wonderful in services. The pick-up person is friendly.
