Car was quite old, lots of milege. Car computer gave lots of warnings, which made driving unconfortable. Upon the return of the vehicle the staff told that we should not have paid any attention to the warnings. I wish they had told that to us earlier! The outlooks of the car were ok with terribly rusty wheels.

Car was as expected. Lady on counter was super helpful and nice, got us the best deal available

spent in a line almost 2 hours to get my car in a long line with very few Avis staff pressen to help a faster handling.

counter staff were excellent, flight was delayed they stayed back to ensure I could continue my journey as I had a three hour drive to complete that night.

not sure if the price did drop you took full amount of money and have yet to see any returned. normal practise for rental companies. it would be better to inform customers of how much time they should expect to allow once at the airport to picking up the car.

Excellent online service .

The first car broke down in dangerous circumstances. Complete electrical failure which affected break and steering systems and rendered the car undrivable. Road side assistance took 7 hours and replacement car 24 hours. The whole process had financial implications for us. After I returned the second car YESAWAY advised that I had additional money to pay as petrol tank on first vehicle was not full as per agreement. Given the car had broken down causing me hugh cost and inconvenience and was probably not roadworthy when they hired it to me is a bit rich. Having taken the money they will not respond to my emails.

The pick up was slow, 25 minutes, despite there only being 3 people ahead of me in the queue, but at least it was in the terminal.

Booking worked well and the price drop guarantee worked with a reduction on the original price.

Great car, roomy with all our luggage and luxurious. Highlight though staff at Cairns and Proserpine who were superb, helpful, friendly and a credit.

The car was great and the whole experience was great including the return of the car really efficient, however the car pick up took 40 minutes as the counter was understaffed or inefficient

The car was immaculate and nearly new. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. No complaints what so ever. Would definitely use again.

Fox pushed to up sell when processing us through by having the agent say we needed to purchase $12.99 per day for the electronic highway toll pass while driving in Florida. The agent said there were no longer any cash toll booths on any toll highway. This was not true… We declined and we’re nervous about the tolls, after researching the issue and using cash toll booths we felt a lot better about it.

O carro não foi higienizado, estava sujo, inclusive com vários itens do cliente anterior, havia uma gosma no volante e vários papéis da reserva anterior, além de um enxaguante bucal, o que prova que o carro realmente não foi higienizado. Não é o tipo de experiência que desejamos. Fotografei tudo, mas não vou incluir as fotos para não expor as informações do cliente John K. A experiência com a Dólar não foi boa.
