Helpfulness of staff, and easy location near airports, means we will defiantly use July again, on our next trip! Also, not all other hire companies offered different pick up/drop off locations! Only minor niggle, although the inside/outside of the car was clean, the inside of the windscreen was dirty, which only became apparent as night fell!

Pick up was relatively easy and instructions and info given clear and concise. However, disappointed with car availability and its size.

poor condition of the car and provide the different car show in picture(Hyudai Kona was show in picture )。Different level of the car The car was old (Mitsubitsu ASX )and it use a lot of gas。Car power poor。although we are late to return car，but the staff do not remind us the closing time of the drop-off location ，we drive to there, was closed, the hotline is busy, finally we need drive to city drop-off location to return the car，Yes，I know it is my false, but if the staff remind us the closing time, we can save more time.

QEEQ very good app and easy to use. Able to make good savings upon bookings and price monitoring. Service is also very good if any issues that need support with.

The fastest car rental pick up and drop off. I love that you enter your details online and only need to verify on the day, rather than provide them again (which seems to be the case with many other rental agencies).

The staff when picking-up the car were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The drop-off could not have been smoother and the person who checked over the car even got the courtesy bus to wait for me. Excellent customer service all round!

While price drop magic did not eventuate. I did continue to shop around and there were no better prices available. No issue with use of the platform and would not hesitate in using QEEQ again.

Fast pickup and smooth registration when collecting. Drop off was hassle free as well. Appreciate the complimentary transport back to the airport.

Car smelled of cigarette. I was told that there was airport transfer to the car park, but there wasn't, so I had to pay 2x Uber of about $30 each out of my own pocket. I paid $800 bond deposit that should have been refunded within two weeks of car return, it is now over three weeks and I'm still waiting, with no help from QEEQ and no response from the car supplier.

Did not get my car but they upgraded me to a brand new car of the same car type
