Car was clean and perfect for what we wanted. When we dropped the car off my wife realised after 20mins that she had left her mobile phone in the car and we were in the airport building. The staff were great as the returned the car from where it had already been taken, found the phone and got it back to my wife within 5-10mins.

Best to bite the bullet and go with a tier 1 rental company. By the time you travel to the depot and pay for insurance, you're better off hiring a car based at the airport.

I had contacted Europcar prior to my arrival and they had assured that the process will be smooth. Their representative Mr. Nilantha was supportive during the handover and takeover process which went smooth. Sri Lanka is currently facing an issue with fuel and i suggest customers to plan their trips accordingly.

Booking process was easy and I received the value for money experience as expected. Customer service was excellent as they had called me to ask if the return of the vehicle was smooth.II hhad faced an issue which was lack of communication and wanted qeeq to help me out with any contact details to handover. Unfortunately I was sent with the generic details and that wasn't helpful. Overall experience was great and sure I'll be using your services next time.

It was a big surprise that they didn't accept my American driver's license and made me pay an extra $300 to be able to rent the car. Also, why do I have to drive a manual shift car in 2022? Shocking...

The process was easy, maybe state certain restrictions in a more obvious way so one won't be held hostage at the rental place to pay extra charges.

The shuttle pick up from the airport was a little delayed, however our flight was also delayed which may have caused a bit of confusion. The customer pick up service was courteous. He had completed the paperwork and the vehicle inspection prior which eased the time spent checking the vehicle. I did a cursory inspection. The vehicle was clean, spacious and although it was a bit dated, this was not a problem as it worked perfectly for our needs. The vehicle drop off was smooth and we were dropped off by shuttle at the airport without any issues. I highly recommend Yesaway for future car hire. Thank you

The booking platform was easy to use; the price factor was a plus for me. The vehicle I booked worked perfectly and it was as described on the booking site. I was concerned when I did not receive follow up communications about my booking, however communications eventually came through as my travel dates got closer. Everthing good from the time of arrival to pick up car to driving the car and returning it to same location in Mitchell Canberra. Prior to arriving to pick up car, I rang to check if all things ready to go. Customer service agent tone aclittle abrupt. Before driving off, we were just given the keys. After driving off it appears that the car had cuise control, but we were not shown how to operate it. It probably had Sat Nav but were not shoen it. I used Siri (Google) voice command on my phone instead. No problems starting car in freezing conditions. Great plus: the car, a KIA Cerato had done over 20,000 klms but looked brand new, spotless inside and out and clear windows and windscreens, inside and out....a 10 for presentation.

The website advertised them to be open until 11:30pm, but when I called in advance to confirm, the man said they now close at 9pm, which was going to be a big problem for me. I got through to the employee on duty, and he said he would wait for me, which he did (until around 10:30), and this is why I graded him as excellent. THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE OFFICE HOURS AT THE WEBSITE OR KEEP THE OFFICE OPEN AS ADVERTISED.
