事前にwechatでの連絡先の情報があり、到着時間やピックアップ、返却後の送りについてもコミュニケーションが取れていましたので、とてもスムーズでした。スタッフの方も笑顔でとても印象が良かったです。

必要な情報はすべて記載があり、大変便利でした。これまでeuropcar、sixt等大手の利用が多かったのですが、ローカルなレンタカー会社の選択肢があり、また対応もとても良かったのでとても満足しています。次回もQEEQで予約を進めたいと思います。

Good stuff and service! It was a good shop anyway

決して綺麗な車ではないですが、車内は広く、運転しやすかった。

予約も取りやすく、説明も的確でわかりやすかった。値下げプロテクターのシステムも良かった。

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, our flight were late, they were able to pick us up and take us to KLIA1 to pick up the vehicle. Drop off process are easy to follow, will definitely rent from them again.

Easy to use and can gets valuable discounts

The car given to me was an upgrade from a Proton Persona to a Nissan Almere. Power and handling was lacking but it was good enough for a point to point car.

Booking process was seamless and easy. It was smooth and the prices were reasonable as compared to booking directly on the suppliers website.

The staff are friendly and guided me thru. Car is in good condition. They answered each of questions patiently and explained clearly. Will definitely recommend others.

The booking is easy with competitive price

The car was about average, roughly 2-3 years old but with relatively high mileage. Interior was clean and the drive's fairly smooth, but the engine was a bit noisy (have driven many Civics before). There were also many scratches around the body and rims. Considering the amount paid for this car/category, we weren't too happy given the above. We had expected for a newer or better maintained car. Hope to see improvements in the future.

マレーシアでのレンタルで、マレーシアの車種だったので、綺麗さは求めていませんでしたので、それなりの車でした。 塗装が剥げていたり、鍵の部分が破損していたりはありましたが、問題なく走行できる状態でしたので、大丈夫です。

値下げプロテクターはとても良いシステムだと思いました。今回は適用されませんでしたが、次回もここで予約したいと思います。

Great experience. More than what we expected.

スピーディー且つ柔軟度の高い貸し出し＆返却手続きでした。

Car was good. Staff was good. Pick-up at klia2 to klia1 was good , and vice versa. Best if they could set-up a office at klia2 for those who lands at klia2. Just a suggestion

For KLIA , there was no option to choose between klia1 & 2.

Really smooth transaction. They will pick you up at the arrival point and drive you to the office. Really 5 star service. Staff guides you on the process of returning the car. First ever car rental in kl and had a really wonderful experience with them. Thank you guys

All good as usual and cannot be better already hahah!

Suria is good but their office is in KLIA Terminal 1, people landing at T2 need to move to T1 for collection. Suria representative will pick up from T1. One clause that i didn't like is the off timing pick up and drop off charges which is bit more.

The pricing is bit high but has to be satisfied with the service.

Pickup of the car was smooth and easy. Friendly operator.

They put a good effort to counter offer when initial selected car not available.
