You can arrive of Centauro - Madrid Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

Terminal 1: Come out of the terminal building, turn right and continue for about 150 metres until you see the green Hotel Bus Information sign opposite the Left Luggage Office and wait here for the Centauro Rent a Car shuttle bus that passes every 15-20 minutes, this will take you to the office situated a few minutes away. Terminal 2: Once you have collected your luggage, follow the “Bus Connecting” sign. In the arrivals hall, go to your left and follow the “Bus Connecting” sign until you see the P. Expres sign. Exit the terminal here, once outside cross at the zebra crossing and on your right follow the signs for “Bus Stop EMT Hotels-Agencies”. Wait here for the Centauro shuttle bus which passes every 10-15 minutes, this will take you to the office situated a few minutes away. Terminal 4: Once you have collected your luggage, follow the “Bus & Shuttle” sign to your left, use this exit, cross at the zebra crossing and follow the “Bus Hotel” sign to the left. Wait here for the Centauro shuttle bus which passes every 10-15 minutes, this will take you to the office situated a few minutes away.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure hall by courtesy bus. On arrival, you will be given more specific details and a map of the area.

The staff was good and very helpful in the counter and drop off. My only two "remark' are that I booked a Renault Megane and equivalent. And, I have a Fiat Tipo that I do not think it is at the same level. the second one is that one of the shuttle drivers did help us with the luggage. We have not only to load the suitcases in the van, but also to open and close the back door to do it....

Long waits for checkin. Chaotic checkin and checkout procedures. Charged more than my agreement stated (multiple extra deposits). Long ride to-from airport, and shuttle service limited. Overall, the hassle was not worth the savings.
