Reservation desk staff were very nice and polite. Car was very comfortable and clean. Paid for a child's safety seat but only a baby safety seat available ( received a refund). Drop off very easy.

Qeeq site was easy to use and had a lot of helpful information.

The lady on pickup was unhelpful, and looked like she didn’t want to be there. The man on drop off was super lovely. But we wouldn’t use them ever again.

Didn’t tell me there would be a $3000 bond until AFTER the booking was made. So I couldn’t cancel and get money to rebook somewhere else in short notice. Price of car hire with insurance ended up being twice as much as expected, and we were left with no other option but to continue with the booking upon arrival.

The car is clean and good and the staff are comfortable dealing with it

Overall experience was good. I got a upgrade to Audi Q2. Unirent is handled by Europe Car.

The condition of the car brought the general experience down a quite a bit. The cleanliness is quite poor and it didn't seem it has been cleaned before handing it to me. Quite a numerous function of the car isn't working, including rear camera, GPS, function keys on the steering wheel, etc.

The whole process was easy and efficient. It was easier than I’ve done before in Spain

The first car rented to us was faulty. We needed to come back to the rental location and get another. It severely interrupted our trip.

The car was generally well presented. I did however find some damage to the front bumper that had been sprayed over but washed off. In fairness I mentioned this and they accepted it and promised to repair it properly

Worked well, communication good

Substantial added payments required on extra drivers (6$ per day per extra driver) whereas it has become standard to be included. Rental counter staff were not aware we have already purchased insurance. VAT was a substantial amount added on top of the rental amount. In the end we paid over 1000₪ for an initial rental amount of ~550₪.

Rental did its job however I find it unflattering that rental was not cleaned prior to our reservation time. There was orange debri or dust through out the entire car as well as trash. Cup holders were not cleaned out nor was the vehicle wiped down. The AC vent cover was missing which was annoying because passengers cannot control their air flow. Vehicle also smelled like smoke so we took it upon ourselves to have the vehicle sprayed to eliminate the odor. Which should have been done on your end as well as a detailed clean of the car. Photos were taken as evidence as this was noticed upon entering the vehicle. Airport pick up is not the easiest so we for the most part assisted ourselves and had no time to request another accommodating vehicle as we waited an hour for this one. Over 40 minutes to collect car. Insurance that was pre-purchased we were told was invalid so had to pay again. Card machine would not accept 2 x business credit cards for this payment so had to use personal debit card. We have attempted to get a refund for the initial pre-purchased insurance but have been told on numerous occasions that the booking cannot be found. Terrible customer service!

Great service and helpful staff. Not yet heard on any extra charges which is always the decider!

Una porquería no me respetaron mi reservación me dieron el coche que quisieron y además me cobraron a la de ahuevo seguros que no necesitaba solo por ser frontera y por si cruzaba al otro lado

El coche que me pusieron, es el que reserve. Pero le comento que por fuera estaba entero sucio, de polvo negro y manchas de agua. Al tocarlo te de dejaba los dedos negros, tengo foto de todo el estado. Además, tenia muchos roces, cubiertas de rueda rajadasc, que era un peligro, Tuve que realizar fotos, para que no te timen. Porque el responsable de entregarte el coche, no te acompaña en ningún momento. En el interior del coche, los dos asientos delanteros estaban con manchas de fluidos "X". Todo se puede apreciar en las fotos. Y no nos quiso cambiar el coche. Por otra parte mas importante, el alquiler costo 18 euros, pero cuando llegas allí te piden 80 euros mas, para no tener que dejar fianza, y te imponen que debes cogerla, para estar seguro y que Polonia es un lugar peligroso para los coches. Te sientes ESTAFADO completamente. La fianza que me cogieron fueron 740euros, que no te la devuelven hasta pasados 15 -30 días. Una vergüenza. Nunca mas reservaré con FLEX TO GO. Prefiero otras compañías, aunque el alquiler valga mas, pero no te quitan de fianza mas de 100 euros.

La plataforma bien, aunque tarde en recibir el correo de nuevo miembro. Pero con buen resultado. Por favor, hablad con las empresas que no timen a los clientes, porque perderéis personas que reserven en QEEQ.COM por culpa de FLEX TO GO.

It was easy to book and good price/quality

Pague por adelantado el seguro del vehículo pero al llegar tuve que pagar otro seguro. El segundo chofer que nos llevó de ACE al aeropuerto. Nos trató muy mal

El personal a la recogida atento, pero mal encarado al ni querer adquirir el seguro. Por la hora y no haber otra opción él ganó, triplicando el costo.

Todo perfecto.....
