I tought i rented a Toyota Yaris OR similar but did get a chinese car. We had some trouboe with the car break alarms. but good not read the warning messages because it was written in chinese.
overal a car that was not quot strong and a bit noisy.

The car rental price was not the lowest and despite of the alert being set. In the end still charge me for the original booking prices. Which the system doesn’t refund me the difference in price as claims in the booking website.
Car was great. Some very minor panel damage that I photographed because the staff photos would not have shown it......under the front bumper drivers side.
On pick up I was looking for an Ezyrent sign rather than Apex....a little confusing but we had the address and a good so all good.

Samurai Car Rental indeed live to the expectation. Great service,and hassle free. Their return process doesn't require you to return in full tank,which really a big advantage. New car as well,so you can be assured of the car condition is tip top.

Book early with Eastrentcars.com. i saved alot of money this time.
Car book was “economy” so I expected a panda or fiesta but was given a Citroen C1 which is classified as a “mini”.
Pick up desk was stated as in the terminal but was about 3 miles away.
The car was old, dented and dirty.
They shouldn’t be used
We had to wait long hours until they came
Phone number that was provided was switched off and when on it’s busy
Finally they came to pick us with small car and advised us that they will take us to their office to pick up the car
I told that’s why I have booked 7 seater
Which I had to go with 25 mins drive time to take the car which they were very slow
And they was trying to wash the car while I paper work finished to pick up the car
Same thing on drop off I told them they said
They will send two person but
Their boss was not answering the call I had the driver number and he was saying he is busy he can not come to the airport
We waited long hours
We was about to miss our flights which they refused to check us in after several discussions and request they checked us in
But we was running to the gate with you he children also they have not refunded our bond for over $500

I went to drop one car at Avis and my pick up with Apex next door was after 4 hours. Naturally I requested Apex if I could pick up early and finish early by 4 hours. Initially they were absolutely unhelpful. We still waited and begged them many times. Finally they said they would give us the car after wait of another one hour. Do we weighed another one hour. When they processed the paper work they said because the booking was through third party easyrental they can only give us the car at the booked time and not earlier. So I had to travel back home 60 minutes and travel back 60 minutes to pick up the car.

Overall the service of Tamra is good. We didn't encounter any major difficulties during pick-up and drop-off of the car.
However, GPS needs to be calibrated as it gave inaccurate info that leaded us wrong locations for a few occasions.

Was a little disaapointed with Easyrentcars' platform as the car's description stated in the portal, it can withholds 4 big luggages but the actual space only allows 2.5 big luggages. Eventually, we had resolved by putting 2 luggages at the passenger' seat.
When picking up we asked for the unlimited toll pass which we thought they charged us for... I paid for something extra about the toll pass, then on drop off they made me pay an extra 30 000 yen. After all that they wouldn’t even drop us off at our hotel (min drive away from rental place) but instead drove us 20 mins back to the airport so we could buy train tickets back to the same area as the rental car area and then walk 15 mins to our hotel. When picking up the car I inspected the outside of the vehicle for any prior damage and the rental guy seemed insulted that I didn’t just trust everything was accounted for. Luckily I didn’t because there was a giant dent in the side of the passanger door which I’m sure they would have charged us extra for had I not pointed it out and taken photos as proof that it was like that when we picked up.
