Hatyai airport you need to go outside if the terminal so staff will come to show your name and taje you to the office. And krabi airport you need to drop the car at the terminal 1 there are sign if the company you just park the car go inside the terminal and look for office and drop the key.

It was easy. It will be nice if you have more cupon and more rental car company.

The car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Is smelled of marijuana. Could not find out where my car was in this huge parking garage. And when I got the car I asked if I could trade it out but no other car was available. They said it would be over an hour and a half before another car came in. This car was for my wedding day. Highly disappointed. I would never ever tell someone to go to Ace. When I return the car and talk to the servicer that took the car and I told him my feelings and he totally agreed with me and said the cars are going away. Thanks Ace!

terrible made me wait an hour for the car then overcharged me for insurance and wouldn’t take it off. i left message for customer service and they never called back.

It took them 35 minutes to pick me up from the airport and 45 minutes to process me and handed me a dirty car... Stuff from previous renter was still in the car. The windshield was extremely dirty.

They were helpfull and quick. CAR in good condition, but we needed to upgrade because our car was according to them to small. Also the car you want in never there....

We paid almost 1.000 euro’s for 3 weeks for a Fort... we wanted something completely different

I've rented twice with Qeeq / EasyRentCars and both times I've received excellent value that exceeded other rental options.

Our Chevy Malibu was quite good. It was a more experienced rental car with a few dings. I worried we might get blamed for some of those, but we did not. Our helper at the rental desk was very friendly and helpful. The return was made with no trouble at all.

I shopped around, but booked with Qeeq / EasyRentCars because we actually got a bigger, better vehicle at a lower price. This is my second booking with EasyRent and both have provided the best value I've found. I hope you can keep it up!

When I picked up the car I was 2 hours earlier because of a change of flight due to the corona problems. I did not get the car, but if I paid 80 euros I could take it with me! So I waited 2 hours. I brought the car one day later back then scheduled because my return flight had also changed, for this day they charge me also too much.

On general everything was alright. But the car fuel wasn't pump full as stated in the agreement. End up we need to find a nearest petrol station to for refueling.

Simon at the Hobart location was amazing. He was very accommodating and helped us out with the perfect car even when we had last minute change of plans.

Good communication, clean and relatively low mileage car, recommended.

Things went smoothly but they could tell in advance that credit cards and not debit cards are required for the deposit. They started using my debit card for the deposit, they had to cancel it and then finally use a credit card.
