Staff on phone and counter when I blew a tire were very helpful and ensured a quick changeover vehicle.
I have not been advised yet if Budget will claim damages from and what the insurance process will be. I think you should be notified if there is an issue or if it is all clear within 24 hours, and any held money returned, not 30 to 60 days as stated on the QEEQ booking.

Would like clearer information on process when you have damage to the vehicle that you may need to claim on the insurance.
My next car hire shows as completed when I haven't even picked it up yet. This makes me nervous as I head into the airport. It should show completed once I return it. I hope it's waiting for me when I get there.
