“Good car, reasonable price, but poor service standard by Fox Rent a Car”

While the car was in a good condition and the price was reasonable, the service at Fox Rent a Car was pathetic. There were just 2 people manning the counter and both were super slow in dealing with each customer. It took more than 10 min for each customer and they took so much time in non-business related conversation and in selling insurance, leading to longer queue of customers. When we escalated the slow service issue to the manager, she was cold and said they are short staffed and are doing what they can. The male staff member was hostile towards me and another customer for complaining to manager. My car took 45 min to arrive as the cleaning and washing was not completed. Further, Fox shuttle dropped us at a train station from where we had to take a train with our heavy luggage to reach the airport. The shuttle driver acknowledged that the poor service standards were due to Fox's constant cost cutting. I would never like to hire from Fox again and QeeQ should disassociate itself from this terrible service provider.

The booking platform, pricing and insurance related information was very helpful. I raised a couple of queries through mail, which was promptly answered by QeeQ staff.
After a small assessment, I was given an electro auto which was horrible and I needed to change after less than 24 hours. With the temperature in Frankfurt the battery does not last and the provided plug in the car for charging was a home one. It would have needed like 30 hrs for charging.
The staff were very polite. I was given a choice of several cars. As recommended by the service staff, I selected a Toyota Camry. To my delight it was a near new car. I was running late on the return and only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. To my surprise (and further delight) I was given a $10 rebate towards the fuel cost and only charged $6. I very much appreciated this. Next time I rent a car it will be with National at the John Wayne Airport.

The booking platform was easy to use. As an international driver, I was happy with the price, inclusive of the insurance. I used the Price Drop service and saved a further $35. However, I was nervous that the rebooking would not be confirmed and I would miss out on getting a car. It was reconfirmed. But i was anxious until it was. In the future I will use price drop only when I book many weeks in advance of my trip. That way I can turn it off and not risk losing the car.
Overall we did not like our hire experience. Initially we hired a Kia Picanto as there was going to be just the 2 of us. Later my sister and husband wanted to come so we rang and upgraded. I was sure they had said it would be a Kia soreento or such when i called however when we got to the hire place it was an MG and still tiny for about 400 dollars more. As well as that I had used QEEC for my brisbane hire 2 weeks previous and when we went to Adelaide we could not even use our membership which I had paid 117 for to cheapen our hire.
Those MGs do not steer well, they are tiny and powerless, it was a YUK car and my worst hire ever and we have hire many times in our lives.
The car was generally ok, but cleanliness need to be improve, the seats are dirty (esp at corner/edge of seats) and inside the car with many ants running around

It’s good, esp with insurance coverage, peace of mind, recommended to many friends who are traveling, but apps can be improved, need few attempts to successfully login through gmail (which a bit frustrated), and speed searching can be even better, overall is good
This is the only rental i could find that allows me to return the car before 8 am at the airport with no fuss. Everything was clearly explained. Whatsapp was possible with mandarin. The car pumps diesel and is very fuel economy.

Excellent brand new car which exceeded expectation. Very friendly and efficient operatives in parking lots on pickup and drop off. Only glitch was an unexpected charge of 588GBP which caused some unease, but QEEQ dealt with for me. We didn't seem to get correct paperwork on pick up, but it was all sorted in the end.

Excellent, its often difficult to contact booking agencies if problems occur, but QEEQ responded immediately about an unexpected charge that appeared on my account, and dealt with it for me.
Deal was good value for money.
Car was fine, no issues. Was a bit confused about drop off (picked up in Hertz spot but was a Dollar rental, not sure where to drop off but figured it out) However when we arrived home found I was charged and extra $25 for fuel. We filled it to full 1km from the airport and have photo proof that the gauge was full. Took about 40 minutes of calling and emailing to try to get this sorted. This was already charged to my credit card without any consultation with me. Still waiting for resolution.
There is no Hertz counter in the Rent-a-Car area of airport terminal, but the Hertz representative was waiting for us. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hour and the guy was not so happy about that, but no charges were imposed,

QEEQ.Com booking was easy, Price Protection did not activate...
I found extremely poor service that while a shuttle bus was indicated to be offered, but it is not offered early in the morning and means you are required to walk with your luggage to the airport. That alone would prevent me ever booking with them again
Great customer service on collection and return of the vehicle. Originally rented from Europcar but got refused due to some new rule that a random check has to be done on the driver. Budget were more than accommodating and their customer service makes me want to return
Car was great. EWR new car rental arrangements aren't the greatest.
Only one staff menber was available for Avis & Budget till nearly my chance, so there was more waiting time.
Staff service was very proffesional. Great.
