The car was dirty inside and outside - when we pointed it out, we were told to bring in the similar - dirty - condition.
We drove it from Venice to the mountains during winter and it happens to snow it winter, we were not provided winter tires so when we tried to climb a main road during snowing we were stuck on the road. We found a snow-tire socks in the trunk and used them. After returning the we were charged 45 Euro for using those sock.
Invoice stated: Penalty for restoring snow chains/snow socks
So good luck if you drive in mountains during winter.
On pick up we were charged an extra 100 euro Unsure of why but were told this would be refunded within days of car return.Still no refund 4 weeks later despite phone calls and emails to car hire company

The car was so so good, worthe the money. The qeeq customer service is really not too helpful, would rather they give me the contact info of dollar shop directly and contact them directly right after booking.

The car that I rented is a Toyota Yaris Ativ, I didn't expect them to give me an old year Yaris Ativ, and there is no parking sensor on this vehicle. However, the car's condition so far so good.
I was late to return the car as I needed to drive 2.5 hours from Hua Hin to Bangkok. The staff can't stop calling me and telling me I need to pay the extra charges. I already told her I have no problem paying extra fee, but still receiving their call on the road. So annoying.
The car was new : just 24 km : it was perfect !
No queue at the Avis counter and clear explanations were provided in a very short time.

Very long to proceed on the web site : when I selected a car I got many pages to fill in, then I finished I got an answer than the car is not any more available or the price is actually double ?
The opening our of the car rental companies are not provided on QEEQ web site. I had to go on each company web site to be able to find the company suitable with my flights.
Location was very confusing. There are no sign about "Shuttles".
OK Mobility does not know your COMPANY QEEQ. OK Mobility applied a surprise deposit that I have never been notified about this amount(1350 euro). It was to enforce to accept their insurance. I had to pay extra 250 euro as my credit card limit was insufficient at that time.

Honestly, I liked QEEQ's services and customer service. However, in its email, OK Mobility was too unclear. Therefore, I had to try finding QEEQ instead OK Mobility. Also, QEEQ should have notified me about the amount of OK Mobility deposit. If I had known this, I wouldn't have rented car from that company
