That wanted to sell their insurance too much. Even though I said that I already have a full cover from Qeeq, they've been saying that it won't cover anything so I have to get theirs.
The staff had a very good attitude. They tried to sell additional insurance, but when we explained that we already had insurance, they didn't push further or charge extra. Everything was as stated in the contract, and the car was in much better condition than expected – clean and comfortable.
The car was dirty inside and outside - when we pointed it out, we were told to bring in the similar - dirty - condition.
We drove it from Venice to the mountains during winter and it happens to snow it winter, we were not provided winter tires so when we tried to climb a main road during snowing we were stuck on the road. We found a snow-tire socks in the trunk and used them. After returning the we were charged 45 Euro for using those sock.

So good luck if you drive in mountains during winter.
The front desk service was excellent, no upselling, and I got a Mercedes. Because I had a lot of luggage, the staff kept helping me find a car with a large trunk and finally provided a brand new CUPRA with just 15,800 km.
We needed to carry four 28-inch suitcases, so we booked this larger car. Although the price shown at the time was very cheap, it doesn't mean they can just randomly substitute another model. When we arrived at the store, they told us they didn't have the model we wanted. The actual available model was much smaller than we had planned. If we wanted to upgrade on the spot, it would cost us a lot more. In the end, we had to place one suitcase on the back seat. In the future, it's better to choose a larger car rental company. For companies with less international experience, you need to be more cautious.
They downgraded the car but didn't refund! My car was downgraded from UFAH to FFAR, and they didn't refund the difference. The vehicle had many issues, various scratches, and dents. They just told me it was mentioned in the documents, which were a mix of Italian, German, and English, making it very hard to understand. If you don't accept it, you have to give up the car, affecting your trip.
Very satisfied. It was my first time renting a car in Italy, and it was much more convenient than I expected. There was a shuttle to take us to the store, and the car they provided had only around 10,000 kilometers. It was very new.
The car pickup was not okay. The female staff had a bad attitude, and they gave us a broken car that was not of the same grade. We had to argue a lot before getting a replacement.
