At pickup there was only one clerk and a few large groups waiting, which made the wait really long. Nowhere any signs to find the pickup location, plus we didn’t get the 4 door car as we had reserved and paid for. Car we got was quite nice, just not what was ordered.

Perfect platform, 300 cheaper thin everywhere else.

My car exceeded my expectation. But I waited at the counter for more than an hour because Hertz didn’t have the reservation….? So I got an upgraded car ?

Left at pick up point for over 35 minutes after being informed by driver initially that he wasn’t working for Green Motion, He then drove further up road and collected someone else after I’d requested my transfer It was only when I rang office number that someone spoke to driver who then agreed he was working for Green Motion he then proceeded to transfer his occupants and then return to collect us, some 25 minutes later, He refused to assist in the loading and unloading of our cases in the mini bus, totally ignorant individual indeed

I was offered an upgrade which I declined, very fast efficient service

Absolutely brilliant I have hired with several companies but QEEQ was by far the best . I will definitely use again

waited 2 hours 10 minutes in que to collect the car. rude unhelpful staff.guy who gave me the car showed a plastic bit missing from bumper and a scratch on front wing. he said we know about these so don't worry. we waited 20 minutes for someone to accept the car when we came back. they then said the damage wasn't already there as they had no knowledge of it. I said speak to the guy who gave me the car, but he wasn't working that day. total shambles, would never ever use leasys again and if you use this sort of crap outfit I wouldn't use queen either

Pick up took some time due to another person's issue, with us it was quick. The car we had tires were near the end of life and should be checked. Except for that, perfect. Waiting for the deposit to be returned.

When I went to pick up the vehicle, the car rental company did a bait and switch. Cost were excessively multiplied - as was the deposit. When I complained the manager returned my license and credit card he told me to go elsewhere as they “don’t like to rent to locals because Floridians steal the cars”. The manager was rude and disrespectful to myself and another customer (another Floridian) that walked out in anger. Apparently it is easier to rip off foreigners that leave the airport grounds and learn of the additional charges too late. ‘Zezgo’ should NOT be advertised through your company.

I appreciated that the insurance for the car I never received was promptly refunded by QEEQ.

Though originally I wanted an Aygo to park it easier, they were so kind to upgrade me for free to Seat Arona. The car was perfect, very pleasant to drive, though actually I did not need that because parking easier was more important. Anyway, really positive experience, greatly recommend Budget Valencia Airport Office. Staff is great, they are pretty quick.

Al momento de recoger el auto, nos entregaron un auto con la guantera rota. Lo hicimos saber al encargado y quisimos cambiarlo y nos dijeron que no tenían más autos disponibles y no era posible un upgrade. Accedimos forzados a tomar ese auto dañado pues no había opción. Solo apuntaron en nuestro contrato el daño en la guantera rota en el vehículo. Tres horas después se le cayó la defensa delantera al auto. Nos sentimos engañados con el auto que nos entregaron. Tuvimos que dirigirnos a otro concesionario dollar en otra ciudad con la consiguiente pérdida de tiempo para que nos cambiaran el auto. Mala experiencia y mal sabor de boca en la concesionaria del aeropuerto George Bush. El auto sustituto o de reposición que nos entregaron, estaba en muy buen estado y la atención del personal de mostrador fue bastante buena.

Todo bien con QEEQ. Lo recomendamos.

Car exceed my expectations I did wait a lil long to get the car but it wasn't bad. The staff was great and very helpful. I will most definitely use Europcar again and most definitely recommend it to friends and family. Better instructions on where exactly to return the car. Perhaps a map outlining/highlighting the exact path to follow and locations to drop off the car.

I have hired many cars in multiple locations. I can honestly say Leasys was the best experience from beginning to end. The staff were so helpful and a breath of fresh air. They were kind and patient with elderly clients who were having difficulty with an automatic car. I had to call twice during my hire and was assisted promptly and once again with a caring manner. All the staff spoke fluent English and this was a real help to me with my pigeon Spanish. I will definitely be using Leasys again and will be recommending it to my family and friends. Well done Alacante Leasys - you were an absolute pleasure and a real credit to your company. Full marks in all areas.

El auto estaba operativo 100%, pero no estaba completamente limpio. Muy accesible el lugar de recojo y entrega.

Me parece muy mal que no incluyan tarifas escondidas como el seguro todo riesgo que al final incrementó la tarifa a más que la misma página de las mismas renting.

I booked something like Seat Ibiza and got Citroen C3 Aircross. Huge difference. Instead of small and easy to handle car I got bulky behemoth.

Would be great to have photos of real cars they have. It's always amaze me how far different could be picture car from real one.
