Very friendly staff. The representative gave us all the information required and was really helpful and kind.

I use QEEQ for few years already. Their service is always great, large choice of vehicles of all sizes and price. In case of need, their customer service do maximum to assist.

The car seatbelts were missing the button that stops the buckle getting lost. The wipers left water on the windscreen and the screen wash left greasy smears on the window making driving at night were difficult.

They use Deodorant when they clean the car, which is not good if you are allergic or asthmatic. Poor vacuuming off the car, before pickup. Washer fluid was so low that after the first use, it told me to refill. I misplaced the receipt for the fluid, so of course i didn’t get reimbursed

I landed late at night so I got the car keys via an automatic rental vending machine. It was easy enough to use, and understandable at such a remote location off peak hours. The car was better than what I had booked. A great and very smooth process overall.

Everything was perfect. Still waiting for closer contract after I returned the car and deposit to be realeased.

Considering in was midsummer weekend collection went well even though I had to pick up the car much earlier than booked because of early closing. Communication through email was good but letting me know I had to get to the collection point earlier meant leaving our Copenhagen hotel after 4 hours sleep. I never met any Hertz staff! But understand it was midsummer celebration time.

Everything was smooth except an error on the confirmation page meant the insurance didn’t show. When asked you sent this on. You prepared a list of paperwork I needed to print out to show and said I needed an international driving permit. So I took time to buy one even though the Swedish government say it’s not necessary. At the collection point from the information desk at the airport the only thing checked was my UK license. No Hertz staff around because of midsummer and I had to change my plans to collect the car being forced to get there 3 hours sooner or no pickup. That meant leaving Copenhagen hotel after 4 hours sleep to catch train to be there. At least Hertz kept me informed about this all though at last minute.

Run with your skin. Take another company. Big stress which is the last thing you need in the airport.

Very Helpful Staff, easy pickup

The car exceeded my expectations. I really like to use Hertz. Hertz is my preferred company for sure. Expensive because I normally arrive outside normal work hours, (wish it was a little cheaper then I could visit my cabin more often) but I always receive an excellent vehicle and the service is always excellent.

Ease of booking. Didn't notice any price drop. But I'm sure I had an upgrade of car.

Only slightly disappointing thing was the rear of the vehicle had not be cleaned. Also, I think this is generic to all hire companies is that they don't charge hybrid cars before renting them.

Left at pick up point for over 35 minutes after being informed by driver initially that he wasn’t working for Green Motion, He then drove further up road and collected someone else after I’d requested my transfer It was only when I rang office number that someone spoke to driver who then agreed he was working for Green Motion he then proceeded to transfer his occupants and then return to collect us, some 25 minutes later, He refused to assist in the loading and unloading of our cases in the mini bus, totally ignorant individual indeed

Car was bigger then expected, was well presented and clean. Overall experience was good.
