To not get the Europcars extended insurence as I feel it was way pricey then it should have been

Lincoln Navigator was not available. I was offered GMC Denali which stink with cigarettes, so I had to refuse it. After that I was offered even smaller GMC Yucon, which is pretty much Chevy Tahoe. I was after 16h flights with my tired family standing in 33C heat, so I didn't want to go back to the desk and argue... Overall not happy, as I could get Chevy Tahoe for the 60-70% price of what I had to pay and ended up with a smaller and simpler car that was showing OIL CHANGE every time when started.

All went well from the point of booking via QEEQ Mobile App.

For a small car, it was great!

I have never experienced before a Car Rental where car was given to me with half tank rather full tank.

Fantastic, freindly and efficient service from the guy behind the desk who upgraded our car as we had a lot of bags with us.

I love my QeeQ App but the standard confirmation email which directs you to take a shuttle bus is not at all helpful!

Process was taken care of efficiently. I asked what fuel the car used and if GPS was available. It was not. The car was older than I expected but comfortable & adequate for my needs.

Car exceeded expectations in size. Was spacious even with 4 adults and 4 cases. Was the easiest collection and return we ever had. And we’ve used many. No strong arm sales pitch just pick up and go.

I was a little worried about using QEEQ but gave it a go. Price was very little difference once I signed up. Now I have future benefits should really show. Easy to use.

Car was great. Huge and plenty of space for family and all our luggage which included 4 large suitcases. No problems. Enterprise also offered me alternatives and were very helpful.

Very easy to book. I like the options you can pick and secure peace of mind. Have used several times since. Would recommend

The staff was great. Paperwork easy and we were on our way.

Car was what is expected, only lacking feature was cruise control, I drove for about 4000Km and I would have really enjoyed the cruise control.

Very nice car Took pictures of the car, certain marks were not mentioned in the agreement Quick service Returning the car,lady mentioned the marks on the car,we told her, they were there from before, also mentioned it to the guy when we picked up, but he hadn't updated
