Counter staff not particularly friendly but were correct.

The computers at the check in were malfunctioning and the was a 50minute wait. They seemed antagonistic to us for booking with QEEQ and not directly with them. They tried to get us to buy extra insurance implying our already paid for options with QEEQ May not operate efficiently. There was no staff member to run us through the controls of the hire car. It took us 30 mins to use the manual and get a necessary knowledge of where everything was located.

Excellent service but the small car (Lancia Y) was probably the cheapest option available in Italy to match the category I booked for, lacking accessories now taken for granted (Android Auto / Carplay integration, for example). Maybe Sicily By Car is a bit understaffed at Alghero airport but I did not wait too long.

QEEQ did great, price protector worked as expected.

The pick up at the airport took far too long! Other than that everything was great

Apenas o site e a app são um pouco complicados na hora do login, envia um email ao nosso correio com um link que não abre no mesmo lugar aonde estávamos, a conexão entre o link enviado e a página da pesquisa poderia ser mais automática. Mas na hora que isto se resolve é tudo muito claro e simples. Foi uma grande descoberta a QEEQ! A partir de agora será a única plataforma que usarei para meus próximos aluguéis.
