Unprofessional, Rude & Poor Service. Upon getting the Mazda CX-3, Procar staff named Christian did not bother to check the car together. All he said was you go round and take pictures of the car. Shouldn't they have a more professional renting procedure for customer's peace of mind?
Car remote got cranky after the first few days. Thought was due to weak battery.
On my 12th day, at the peak of the water fall, car remote could not work. Tried for closed to 1 hour in the freezing weather, and it suddenly works.
On my 13th day, car broke down: Steering got very tied and indicator flashes pull over. Fortunately I was in a small town near petrol kiosk.
Called Procar hotline, they referred me to a technical expert and requested me to change battery of the remote control. To diagnosed the problem I have to walked 20 mins in the rain to a shopping center to replace the remote's battery, but the engine still failed to start.
Called Procar again, referred back to staff Christian. Requested him to checked my email of the dashboard indications, I sent. He got impatient and crudely exclaimed that he got 15 email addresses, which one am I referring to, when there is only one email stated on Procar website (Rude).
Instead of getting an agent to take over, he asked me to seek help from kiosk attendance to run start the car and eventually to call a service agent to charge the car battery. That was when the kiosk attendance spotted the broken belt. Service Agent also wasted much time driving to and fro to look for right tools to install the belt.
Wasted more than half a day of my leisure trip thus had to forego some destinations. Also had to pay for the service and got the refund later.
Procar staff could have been proactive to contact and liaised with a service agent instead of having their customer diagnose and communicating via the kiosk attendance. As a leisure traveler, it's devastating: lost time, lost Skype cost, traumatized and stressed.
Tried to make me sign before inspecting the car. Said there was a car manual and it was not there. Brought the car wet so made it difficult to see any scratches on body work
I got upgrade car from Altis to CHR because the cars in stock was run out,and I love it.Everything was great.The counter is outside the airport,in the car park but they will have inside terminal soon.
Confusing instructions on pick up area at airport. Person was not familiar with the airport layout.
Long time to wait (told it could be up to 30 minutes) and office is long distance from airport.
Told that the car was fully fueled but only 3/4 full.
Multiple warning indicators in car including low windscreen fluid levels, low tire pressure and needing servicing.
Only positive comment is the van driver was very friendly and helpful.
Staff in office was rude. Goldcar took an extra £100 on pickup and only refunded £70. On drop off with no explanation of why. Terrible service and will never use again.
La réception de la voiture a été un peu bâclée notamment au niveau de l’explication du GPS . Mais c’est le problème au Japon, presque personne ne parle anglais.
The car was an absolute dream to drive during our hire period. Initially thinking I needed an suv, but as it turned out the Chevy was an excellent drive. Good on fuel and with enough toys it was an all round solid drive.

Never used Easyrental before and was impressed with its overall service and realistic offers.
When i was doing the paperwork I was told the car has NO DAMAGE. When i went to pick up the car on the 5th floor of the parking lot i saw a huge dent on the roof which apparently the staff was not aware of. I had to come down yo the office and raise this issue after which they changed the paperwork noting the roof dent. Had i not noticed this Europcar would have charged me for the damage. Sometimes we are in a hurry and dont inspect the vehicle and rely on the honesty of the cargire company. I certainly have learnt my lesson.
