You can arrive of Europcar - Luton Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

The station is located at the Car Hire Centre - President Way. On arrival at Luton Airport, there is a free shuttle bus which is situated outside of the Main Terminal Building. Shuttle buses run every 10-15 minutes 24 hours a day. If you are approaching from the Motorway, please follow signs for the main airport building, and then signs to Car Hire Centre/Long Term Parking

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

Return of your vehicle is the Car Hire Centre, President Way. This is open 24 hours a day. Please return your vehicle to a Europcar Bay and proceed to the Europcar Cabin to complete return process.

The car supposedly wasn’t ready when we arrived. He spent a long time trying to up sell us because we would have to wait another 45 minutes for them the fill the petrol tank? It was already 1hour after the booked time when we arrived. I said we’d wait rather than pay more. The car arrived 10 minutes later. It was a bit dirty.

I was given a free upgrade to a Mercedes EQC, but the service experience was terrible. They deliberately delayed the process, suggesting I pay for the upgrade. Only when I insisted, they offered it for free. I didn't even want the upgrade, wasting much of my time. After returning the car, I received a fine with a handling fee of £40, which is ridiculously expensive. The fine could be paid at half price within fourteen days, but they sent it to me on the fourteenth day, forcing me to pay the full price.
