The overall experience with PONY was truly enjoyable. The car's exceptional condition, being less than a year old, added to the satisfaction of the rental. Exploring the impressive features of the vehicle heightened the overall experience. The seamless process of picking up and returning the car contributed to the convenience of the rental service. Notably, the absence of forceful upselling for additional services, such as insurance, was appreciated. I am confident in saying that I look forward to future rentals with PONY based on this positive encounter. We were so satisfied with the car conditions and given that it has travelled with us for 19 days, we decided to give it a car wash at the end as our token of appreciation.

Booking was smooth, insurance provided was really comprehensive, price was of great value! The claiming of insurance process went smooth as well. Highly recommended.

It's been ten days and I still haven't gotten my deposit refund. And The drop off point is difficult to find. We do not know where is the office. The office in The airport is closed when 6 pm.

I love that I received the car I booked and it wasn't a "similar vehicle". Big ups for that!

The plant form was good. However, I found they extra charged me some money 3-4times that I can’t match with my bookings. The payment is paid by my husband and he didn’t not about it. As it’s annual audit, I just found this problem. It may be just my personal experiences, but still don’t feel ok about this.

繁忙期だったこともあると思うが受け渡し場所で1時間半待ちは長かった。座るところも無く多くの人が待っていた。待たせない様に在庫を増やすとか 待たせるなら待合所を広くし椅子を増やすなど改善が必要。それ以外には返却後の車のシートの汚れが取れていなかった。ゴミなどの清掃は出来ていた。

It was the easiest and safest way to book online. I tried others and it was so complicated and kept losing signal. I seriously would recommend this site all the time

The car was definitely smaller and less performing than indicated in the reservation. I reserved a "Jeep Renegade or similar" model and instead was given a Nissan Kicks with no option to choose other models and. I was simply told that this is what Alamo means by "similar." I needed a 4WD vehicle for my trip and instead had to give up a leg of my vacation because the vehicle was not adequate. I was very disappointed.

Smooth rental, except for a bit of confusion finding drop off location.

The car was dirty inside and outside - when we pointed it out, we were told to bring in the similar - dirty - condition. We drove it from Venice to the mountains during winter and it happens to snow it winter, we were not provided winter tires so when we tried to climb a main road during snowing we were stuck on the road. We found a snow-tire socks in the trunk and used them. After returning the we were charged 45 Euro for using those sock. Invoice stated: Penalty for restoring snow chains/snow socks So good luck if you drive in mountains during winter.

On pick up we were charged an extra 100 euro Unsure of why but were told this would be refunded within days of car return.Still no refund 4 weeks later despite phone calls and emails to car hire company

The car was so so good, worthe the money. The qeeq customer service is really not too helpful, would rather they give me the contact info of dollar shop directly and contact them directly right after booking.

The car that I rented is a Toyota Yaris Ativ, I didn't expect them to give me an old year Yaris Ativ, and there is no parking sensor on this vehicle. However, the car's condition so far so good. I was late to return the car as I needed to drive 2.5 hours from Hua Hin to Bangkok. The staff can't stop calling me and telling me I need to pay the extra charges. I already told her I have no problem paying extra fee, but still receiving their call on the road. So annoying.

返却時にスタッフから「フロントバンパーに新しいキズが付いている。貸し出す前には付いてなかった」と言われ、スタッフが貸し出す前に撮った時言う写真には傷がついてませんでした。ただし私たちも借りる前に写真を撮っており、そこには傷が付いてなかったはずですが通信環境が悪く写真をすぐに見せることができませんでした。しばらくたつとスタッフの人は小さな傷だから大丈夫と言い手続きが終了しました。ただしその後私たちが撮った写真を通信環境のよいところで見たらキズは最初から付いてました。スタッフが見せた写真は貸し出す直前のものではなく、かなり前の写真だと思い、危うく騙されるところでした。おそらくスタッフは意図的に騙そうとしてます。 二度と借りません。とても不愉快な思いをしました。

The car was clean and great, shuttle service from the airport was smooth. For dropping off just be warned Google Maps takes you to the wrong street.
