Facturation de 60 euros pour le nettoyage intérieur de la voiture car il y avait un peu de sable, aucune information préalable comme quoi il fallait rendre la voiture propre. Facturation totalement abusive

A no frills car rental experience. I really appreciated the easy pick up and drop off with staff meeting us at the airport. This was great!

Did not receive my 300£ deposit till now

I was jet lagged and the staff sold me a plate pass which I didn’t need to use once. The insurance was a lot of money and was not transparent ( as in other countries) as to how much it was. There was a lot of upselling going on. I’ve never had that at a car rental before so wasn’t expecting it. The front bumper of the car was loose and I had to keep pushing it back into place.

Had an absolutely appalling experience with the budget rental in poughkeepsie extremely amateur and completely unprofessional rented a car paid in full no car available because I was late and no option of renting something else but still kept the money

Car was not full of petrol so had to wait a while for this to be sorted

The car was great, just the right size for what we needed. The process was simple and easy from booking to pick up.

I was worried about checking car for damage at pick up, as it was raining and hard to check . I did take photos. Luckily we had a short trip this time and I took care of th e car. I was given a hybrid car and it was very good.

Reserve un VW Atlas pero me dieron un Dodge grande qye gastaba demasiado. Además no le funcionaba la ventana del acompañante. Quise cambiarlo pero me hacían ir al aeropuerto y no quise perder tanto tiempo. No volveré a Alamo.

Alquile ya 3 veces por QEEQ y no tengo comentarios negativos. Estoy conforme.

It could have been easier and more convenient to hire a car! I only wished it was easier to communicate with one party regarding my Iate pick up due to a flight delay. Aside from that, it was a breeze. Thank you

Excellent- helpful counter staff at check-in, and when the car I expected was not there this was sorted out very swiftly and I ended up with a different car, which was (to my eye) a better car all round anyway so no delay and a happy customer. I misunderstood the cost of the advance toll fee coverage at the pick up desk, (the fee for which seems poor value to me) but I was able to delete it later by visiting a different local branch where it was sorted almost instantly. Although I could not effect this over the phone the lack of fuss otherwise over this did impress me and I will likely put Budget at the top of my list for a future hire. Handing the car back was also disarmingly slick and efficient. Incidentally, I returned the car brim-full but nonetheless the fuel gauge showed 'almost-full', nobody quibbled so another brownie point for lack of drama there. All told a better experience than I expected and I suspect that was not just good luck.

QEEQ did a good job- my brother booked a car at the same time directly with a different company and I think I had a better deal- better car, better price, but I won't rub it in!

Nikeisha, the staff member who took care of us on arrival, was really great. She was professional at all times, and yet friendly too.

car booked on qeeq was Hyundai Tucson but car was provided Hyundai Creta, called DRIUS rep to explain to him the difference in size and prices which was showing on qeeq site. unfortunately DRIVUS rep kept saying no they are both same type, size and price. i disagreed with him but i had to accept the car cause i had no choices. then i raised a complain to QEEQ with the incident. still waiting for case to be resolved.

The clerk at the counter insisted that we needed to purchase insurance even though I was pretty sure I already had. After picking up our car and heading to our destination I looked back through my e-mails and have an e-mail that states "avoid buying additional insurance at the counter" with a receive and proof of insurance. Upon returning the car, and bringing this, and the e-mail, to their attention they told me too bad and they would not refund me my 250+ USD. The car was great, customer service was horrible.

The fuel cap would not open and we had to change the car after day one as we could not add fuel. A Damn nuisance and a waste of a half day…

Everything was a breeze. Flexibility to arrange to return the car at our preferred location instead of the designated point for a fee.
