They told me they would have my £200+ deposit back in my account in 1 week, it has now been over 2 weeks and it still hasn't shown up!!

Would be better if EasyRentCars can assist customer to contact the rental company directly rather than just providing the vendor contact number for certain enquiry.
The car company in Ljubljana only had Mercedes and a bit bigger than the car I have booked. Honestly, I do not wanted to rent a bigger car in Europe due to the narrow streets and parking space is just not a great place to have a bigger car to park anywhere, so I wasn’t happy w when the staff told me that they don’t have anything smaller than the one we rented. I was extreamly careful w parking the car everywhere I go, so i didn’t have any scratch or dent when I returned the car, but when I rent the car there, staffs were a bit irritated and wanted to leave there coz of their work hr is over, so they just got annoyed when I asked for different car and asking for instructions of the car. I wasn’t happy with the way treated me there. Also the parking area has no gps signals so I couldn’t turn on the gps for a while after I drove the road that did not know exactly where to go but couldn’t stop for a while due to the narrow roads that has no space to stop at the side of the road, really terrifying to drive when you not used the road and already dark outside, so many cars were following behind my car... not good at all.

Again, you guys were great when I asked to cancelled my booking, so fast and efficient but only one time when I try to cancel one booking online a lady didn’t check the date so she thought that I have already rented the car and cancel the car for some reason, asking receipt and other info that wasn’t important that time til I told her that I haven’t rented yet. Then she realized that I have not rent any cars yet... needed attention to details, plz
It was my very first experience with booking a car and getting it. My best friend was travelling to Sydney and she has a walking disability. The team at the counter was extremely cooperative in arranging for the car well in time. We got an up-grade because we didnt had time for the initially allocated car to be cleaned; which was a really amazing thing. Our trip was made comfortable. Keep up the great work

The price drop surely did magic for us. The booking and getting the car was easy and swift
My name was not separated on my reservation as it showed in my confirmation. It made my first and last name as my first name. Counter person argued with me at 1 am that they couldn’t rent to me because of that. He called a manager to take care of the issue but something like that should have never happened.
Very smooth process, always is via Sydney airport. The lady I dealt with on pick up was very friendly and efficient, but on walking in to the office I felt noone really wanted to look up initially, wasn't exactly a great first impression, but as I said, the lady I dealt with was lovely.
They didnt have the Jetta so the guy downgraded my reservation instead of upgrading my reservation. (Playing Favortism) went back for the jetta the next mourning to yrade the car in since I had it for a week the jetta was there but had bad tags and this person upgraded me instead of downgrading me. Poor customer service Foxx. The first guy wanted a extra $70.00 at the time of booking or he was going to downgrade me for the same price I was being charged
It was easy to find the counter.
Staff was so quick in explaining conditions of renting that sometimes it was hard to remember all.
He gave us everything , explained rules, we signed and while I was making pictures of car he ran away . I think staff need to give a little more time for customer to look through the car.
Also the fuel that was already in tank, was poor quality, because it ran out much faster than it supposed to

Easy to use.
I even had to contact customer service, they also helped.
Sometimes there was misunderstanding in the list of driver's documents. Somewhere it was told that only driver's licence is needed then I received email where it was said that driver's permit is needed ( that's why I had to contact support service and then make a call to a renting company to make sure).
The bond money should not be such high amount. Even in-print of credit card should be enough I think...

It should be more easier to change or add drivers name in the system. I had to cancel the booking a few times to change the details. What a waist of my time! I will much appreciate if you could consider about the matter above.
