The car was as described. The service from Jucilei was great. The airport transfer bus arrived when they said it would. Good service at a low price.

It would be nice to automatically filter the prices from high to low or vice versa, or at least have this as a clear option on the app.

easy booking

Routes staff were very helpful. One piece of feedback is about winter tires and chains, it didnt come up in the conversation during pick up and turned out they are required by law in many areas of British Colombia during winter. Not having them results in fines, Would be good for the staff to highlight this. OR for the Easyrent website to also highlight this and offer it as an option.

Everting about the hire was fine but we had a cracked windscreen about a week into the trip and I made 10 calls trying to get help on how and where to get it resolved at minimum cost and either nobody could tell me or they supervisor wold not call back The issue is still not resolved

Car was good, we did not get jeep but Hyundai Santafe. We asked dollar for a 1 hour courtesy extension for drop off but they refused.

Budget has been one of my favourite car rentals. Budget in Phuket was no different. Superb car. Easy process. Welcome drink water bottle n cookie was great gesture. Keep it up!!!!

The drop off was extra easy and super fast when i got to the car return lane someone assisted me and got out of there in less than 5 mins! Smooth!

The app nline reservation was fast and easy

They tried to charge more for changing a new car. First they said free offer then put extra charge on it

They have English speaking customer service. No English GPS for small cars but Tamra has informed to download Naver via whatsapp days before arrival. Overall, very good experience.

Drop off point 3mins drive from the airport. Staff will pick you up and drive you to their rental place.

Easy and accessible

Need to sign another contract with 5000 baht deposited for car damage. The document had a small tick on one damage, it was rule out after request. But it was signed and return to the staff of KPN. Got the image that any mirror scratch( such as scratch by sand) will be charged. It is bad feeling than other car rent companies in Bangkok.

They gave me the wrong (downgrade) car. I am still waiting for a reply to my complaint.

The car had not been (re) cleaned again before we took it, there were a number of bird droppings on the car. I've never seen this before . . . The inside was clean. We often have difficulty at the airport finding the area for the shuttle, more information should be included with the booking.

Have your app, very easy. Like the fact that there isn't an extra charge for 2nd driver. Don't know who is responsible for helping the renter find the shuttle at the airport . . . Ace or Easy??

Easy process

Car was old, dented body work, quite dirty, and very noisy to drive, not great suspension. We quickly realised why it was so much cheaper than the other care hire places. Staff friendly but clearly not enough of them and low staff morale. On our arrival they initially told us we'd have to wait two hours after the scheduled pick up time for our car to be ready. After a 36 hr plane journey from Europe with 3 small children this was completely unacceptable. We said so and they somehow rustled up a far in 20 minutes... Tank wasn't full but they were relaxed about it.

Got an upgrade on vehicle. Took a while to get keys with all the paper work. They told me I had to drop car with them and get taxi for early drop off.

Tried to change booking over the phone and they said I had to do it online and cancel booking.

Good customer service. Excellant car condition. Affordable

Booking platform is good. Just have to highlite on type of car to be rented. Cause picture on booking plateform was a Toyota Corolla and i got a Hyundai because the booking was on varient.
