Very unfriendly staff!

Ok service

paid a fee for adding extra driver for part of the rental. Why does extra driver mean extra cost?

Rebooked a couple of times to get lower rates tat came along.

Need to wait extra 30 mins for my car.

Ordered 2 cars but just 1 available when I arrive. I need to wait extra 30 mins for the 2 nd one

The name speaks for itself. They have really simplified the rental process and cars have great rates.

Car was very old with 158,000 kms on the clock! Car was clean and in good shape though. When you return the car, you need to call them first so that they catch you at arrival area because no stopping/parking allowed. That’s cumbersome

Worst of all time in my life... They charged me over 80 EUR for a plastic hubcap "damage" that I could not prove has been caused before the pick-up. Fortunately, I had extra insurance from Easyrentcars that paid for the total amount of this rip-off charge, but it has caused me a lot of time-consuming hassle.

It was an easy and good experience. I would come back again before my next trip.

The process of collecting was smooth and efficient. The driver to the airport was awesome.

Easy platform to use.

Car was severely damaged from previous rentals (cosmetic only) and was in a poor condition. Windscreen chips /cracks should have resulted in a new windscreen being fitted. Oil warning light was on and we were advised the firm didn't have the equipment to take it off. No clear policy on what constitutes damage or not (even when the car is quite damaged already). No deposit taken for car.

El auto tenía rayones, también estaba roto el bomper delantero y no tenía antena de radio. Según el personal que atendió, todo estaba cobrado pero no habían hecho los arreglos.

No supe que era esa empresa. Y en Europcar no la conocían.

The car is new and in good conditions. Is just that the key’s battery was low. Hope that they can replace the battery. All in all everything was great

The car didn't have much power

It is difficult to drive in Madeira and GPS isn't very accurate.

Everything about the car was fine and collection was super easy, staff were very lovely but there were no staff anywhere in the office when I returned the car which lead to me missing my flight. I was calling the office to try get help finding the drop off location and then had to just wait for someone to return to leave the car and get the shuttle to the airport.
