Collection was easy, only thing not happy about was that when I book I was told that I didn't need a credit card but I did and was charged extra for insurance
Poor. No petrol cars only an electric with 50% charge. “No charger” claimed. When I picked up the car a charger was right next to it. They couldn’t be bothered. Range supposedly 158 kms for a 194km journey. Rubbish it lasted 60 1/2 hour wait and I supposedly had 170 again it fell so fast (no heater no radio in eco mode) I had to stop for another 1/2 hour and by the time I reached the airport I had 16 left. Awful.

Really frustrating. In the app have to have magic pass to sign in but when you sign in it asks again and round and round we go it pushed to the website NOT within the app. If it is some kind of user error then the site is not intuitive

During my recent experience with Thai Rent A Car, I encountered a notable issue regarding vehicle features and customer service. The car provided lacked a basic reverse sensor, an amenity I had anticipated would be standard. Upon realizing this, I promptly contacted the customer care team to inquire about the possibility of upgrading to a vehicle equipped with this feature. Despite my willingness to pay extra for the upgrade, the response was disappointingly abrupt, with the representative informing me that no alternative vehicles were available.
However, this information proved to be inaccurate. I later visited a Thai Rent A Car location in person and discovered that there were indeed vehicles available for upgrade (7-seater options). While we did not require a vehicle of that size and therefore did not proceed with the upgrade, this discrepancy in information was concerning. The initial interaction with the customer care team over the phone was not only unhelpful but also misleading, as they did not make any apparent effort to check for available alternatives before declining my request.

So far, I've found Qeeq's customer service to be outstanding. However, it's important to ensure that vehicles supplied by local providers are equipped with essential features like reverse sensors.
Counter staff and staff in garage could have been friendlier. Tried to sell us prepayment for fuel. Told us fuel outside was over $5 per gallon which we knew was laughable and they were cheaper

Cuando quise cambiar la hora de recogida me dijeron que no se podía . Llamé a avis y me dijeron que no había problema . Que ellos garantizan la reserva hasta 24 horas después de la recogida original .
The car was fine but ultra sensitive acceleration and braking made it a pretty bumpy ride. Ended up always starting in second gear which was better but a bit strange?
We’ve rented in Cancun many times over the years (we own homes in Mexico). Avis is one of the best agencies to deal with as you often walk away from others feeling you have been taken advantage of.

Car was generally well-maintained and also came with a child seat as requested. Pick up and drop off process were very smooth and seamless. Overall a good experience.

The car exceeded my expectations. Very very good. The Alamo pickup counter guy was also pretty damn helpful. The only Major Issue I had was a lack of proper Exact directions on WhatsApp or Google Maps for the Pickup and Drop off location of the car parking spot (exact), as it was very difficult to carry our luggage here and there whilst picking up because we could not easily find the car due to some confusion. But great service in every other aspect. Wonderful. Keep it up! :-)

All good. Just share the EXACT pickup and drop off locations on google maps or whatsapp (exact meaning exactly where the car is parked and exactly where to drop the car). All else great. Keep it up! :-)
Returned car around 3:30 am on 11/Jan, terminal C, MCO. No officer to receive the vehicle, dropped the key to the officer at the counter. Was charged today a total of 359 US$ although returned car on dull tank with no damage, yet the insurance has 0 excess deductible. Very hard to contact budget for the over charge incurred. Please advise.
