Airport Terminal - Counter Location There are three Terminals at Orlando Airport (A, B, & C). (It is important to add your flight number to your reservation to ensure that AVIS team can have your vehicle ready at the proper terminal and get you on your way quickly.) TERMINALS A & B: After collecting luggage, please follow signs to Ground Transportation and proceed to the car rental counter on Level 1. Once you have been assigned a vehicle, make your way to Level 2 in the garage for vehicle retrieval. TERMINAL C: After collecting luggage, please make your way to the rental car counters. Once you have been assigned a vehicle, make your way to Level 2 in the garage for vehicle retrieval.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

AVIS have returns available in all 3 terminals. After hour returns are accepted. Avis counters in Terminals A, B, and C are open 24 hours. To save you time and avoid an additional 15-minute shuttle, it is very important that you return to the terminal in which your flight is departing. Please follow signage for the terminal connected to your corresponding return flight. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Please leave your keys in the vehicle, and AVIS will email your receipt.

Like: Rented a mini van and then upgraded to a full size Ford Expedition - all was perfect
Dislike: I was in the middle of Hurricane Irma, and I could not add additional insurance to cover the car over the phone and all the locations around me were closed. I called the Avis for help and then told me to go to 2 locations which were were closed.

オーランド国際空港でのレンタカー予約は今回で３回目だったので、深夜到着でも不安はありませんでした。予約していた車両が用意されておらず少し時間がかかりましたが、予約車種よりグレードの高い車両を予約価格でレンタル出来ました。到着ゲートがBゲートでAVIS窓口もBで手続きしましたが、車両はAゲート側の駐車場に停めてあり、たどり着くまで少し時間が掛かりました。海外でのレンタカー予約は希望していた車種が無いことが度々あるので注意が必要です。

Had booked a chevy Tahoe, was 'upsold' to a ford Expedition due to it having more luggage space at the counter by the Avis clerk and his supervisor who was sat next to him as I use a wheelchair and he said we would require the larger space. It turns out the chevy has more cargo space by aprox 6sft. I feel that I was just taken advantage of. The Ford was great to drive although it was dirty, windscreen inside was filthy and it was obvious it had not been valeted and was nearly but not quite full of fuel. Also the body of the vehicle was fairly beat up for a vehicle with only 25k miles. I did send Avis an email but disappointingly never received a response. The pick up and drop off was super efficient service

Very dissatisfied. There were only two of us, and we rented a Ford Edge 5-seater SUV, which was quite large and booked three months in advance. At the airport, a black employee handled the paperwork but never mentioned an upgrade, just told us it was a Chevrolet. I agreed, thinking it was a similar type, and I can communicate in English without any problems. They also didn't inform me about the $20 charge because my husband was driving. They just had him keep selecting 'agree' without any explanation. When we returned the car, we got charged $80 and only then realized what had happened. Very angry. When we picked up the car, we saw it was a 5+2 seater and asked the staff at the station who confirmed it was the one. We drove off. I've already filed a complaint with the rental company and called to complain in the US. Originally, the rental wasn't cheap, and now it's even more expensive, about $107 per day. Very frustrated. Last year we also used this rental company for our US road trip, and it was fine. I hope you can resolve this issue because we would like to continue being your customers.
