The whole service was excellent and the car was a great size. The pick up and drop off were super smooth and quick and it couldn’t have been better. There were some bumps and scratches on what was a pretty new car, but we photographed any damage and were in the car within 20 minutes of getting to the collection desk. That included check in and walking to the collection point! Well done Alamo!!

Yes I had a rebooking but I already had the paperwork with the old booking and booking number ; The counter staff didn’t recognise the old number ( panic)
But I searched my emails and showed the latest booking ( bingo)… Could anything be done to connect the two?
The car had a vibration between 60 and 65 and needed to have the wheels balanced. Hardly surprising with two different tyres on the front and different tyres on the rear
Car ok. Problems with credit card--thought was fraud use. worked out with Budget eventually. SO THEY DID THEIR JOB.
Budget needs an over ride to credit card company to check out / rectify card problem. Lock you out after 2 card tries.
I had a terrible experience. They gave me already damaged car and I got tyre breakdown on the highway. The mirror was already damaged and after the tyre damage during the drive, the mirror has completely gone. They even ask me to drive in that way without mirror. I had to go back to Catania by bus in order to get the replacement car. They charged me 900€ deposit and 640€ for the damages. They haven’t even returned back the deposit yet. What’s more the location of the pickup and drop off cannot be found easily. During the drop off two staff of Sicily Car Rental have helped me. I had a very very very bad experience and I’ve lost a lot of money because of their fault. I want my money back and I’ll never ever choose this bad company at all.
I throughly enjoyed my experience with Noleggiare. At first, I was very skeptical because it was not at the airport, but once I got into the shuttle van and got to the counter, I was put at ease. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Noleggiare.

Georgie (Europcar Christchurch airport) who helped us when we collected the car from Christchurch was awesome. She was so friendly and helpful. She allocated a brand new KIA Carnival for us (mileage was only 20 Km) which was a wonderful surprise. The car was so spacious and had all of the safety features that you expect from 2022 model. The ride was so smooth and comfortable for 6 people. I was so reluctant to return it at the end of our trip

Easy booking process. They were so helpful when I had to cancel the booking with one rental company and made a new booking with another rental company.
We had to wait for a vehicle for 2 hours. This was due to original booking stating 4.00pm pick up but flight details were amended by the carrier so we arrived earlier.
Vehicle wasn’t that clean. No portable GPS devices available sine Covid.

The car was broken down in the road, with check engine light on, and strong gas smelling. We have to call the road assistant to report the issue and waiting for 3 hours to get answer with the next day to have the replacement car. We end up with one more day stay in our intermedia hotel in Jasper and can not cancel that day hotel in Kamloops. So we wasted 500 CAD (Jasper hotel) + 300 CAD (Kamloops hotel) plus one more day stuck in Jasper in the mountain. This is horrible because of the bad condition of the rental car.

The description of how to find our vehicle when landing in Budapest was completely wrong. QEEQ stated that someone would be waiting for me after I went through customs. This was not true. Then it said to go to the vodaphone counter at the airport. There is no more vodaphone counter at airport BUD. I confirmed this with the man at the information desk. He luckily informed me that I would need to call Klaas wagen once I was ready for the shuttle to take me to get the car. After I did this it was no problem. A friendly driver with a large van came to meet me in about fifteen minutes and it went smoothly from there. But the main thing is that QEEQ has to change its explanation to say that the customer needs to give a call to the Klaas wagen agent upon arrival because there is no Klaas wagen counter.

QEEQ worked fine except for my other comment that finding Klaas wagen at the Budapest Airport was completely wrong. But luckily the phone number of Klaas wagen was in the QEEQ materials.
