My credit card provides insurance for rental cars in Mexico. So I had printed a letter that I had received from my Credit Card Provider saying that the insurance will be covered by my Credit Card Provider. But Europcar did not accept that letter. They told me that you have to show an extra letter from Carta De La Comision Nacional De Seguros Y Finanzas. I told them that based on what is mentioned on the internet, a letter from my bank saying that my insurance is covered is enough, but they insisted that they will not give me the car if I do not buy insurance from Europcar. So I had to pay them 250 dollars extra to get the car.

I was given a better car ,an Audi A3 Turbodiesel wich was great except for the slippery,vibrating (unbalanced) Pirelli tires. AVIS please don't put these tires on your cars!!

Got a very nice upgrade from Budget on this rental. Easy and smooth pick-up and drop-off. Great experience overall.

Avance shop in city center was not an option through qeeq. Only airport one.

Great rental car. Very new and clean. One of the best rental cars I have driven. Brilliant service as well by staff.

Despite I'm sure I listed my flight number, no staff was in the terminal as my flight was delayed. We called them and they promised to pick us up in 10 minuttes. It took 45 minuttes and 3 phone calls. If they had told me that the office was just 500 meters away I had gladely walked to them.

One of the reasons I choose Autocandia was that I thought the insurance was through yourselves but I found out you had a third party agent. My experience would have improved if I knew I could resolve any issues direct rather than a third party

Although I was very worried about having any accidents and having to claim, I found Autocandia very good and although I would to use you again, I would be worried about any accidents

The service was very good overall, I would recommend a better pickup service though.

It was a smooth process to complete the booking.
