Please contact the staff to pick you up to Yes Rentals - 皇后镇 car rental when you arrived.

Working hour Pick up instruction (Between 08:00am – 06:00pm): 1. Once you have collected your luggage please call 0064 3420 2878 and let us know that you're ready to be picked up by our shuttle. Usually, the shuttles bus will arrive around 10-15 mins. (Depending on the traffic conditions). 2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area. 3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Yes Rental Shuttle van and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up from the airport is 17:45. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up between 17:45 to 07:59, the 45NZD off hour services fees will be applied.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

Please return the vehicle to the address as you booked, we provide the shuttle to ride you to the airport. Branch address: 43 Brookes Road, Frankton, Queenstown Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle to airport is 17:45. All After Hours Drop Offs must be prearranged and are NZ $45.00 (including airport transfer). Dropping off your rental car at our Queenstown Airport branch is super simple, the key things to remember are: 1. Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refueling charge (NZD$25). The nearest gas station to our Queenstown Airport branch is the Pak’nSave Fuel on 302 Hawthorne Drive, Frankton, Queenstown 9300 2. Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2-minute final handover process and your away! Our Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle.

They are undermanned. There is only one person in the whole of Queenstown who works for the car company. The person who will pick up the customer is the same person who will process the car rental. They only have one 5 seater minivan to pickup and dropoff customers. For me and my wife who rented 2 cars, we needed to leave some of our companions in the airport to get the cars first from their location 7 minutes away from the airport. During the drop-off we needed to drop-off our companions first in the airport and then brought the cars. When we dropped the car, there was someone ahead of us so he needed to bring that first group to airport first and come back for us. The only good part was the Chinese guy who is the only one doing everything was very apologetic.

The car was impeccably maintained and very clean. It was however a 2007 model vehicle. I wasn’t aware of this during the booking process. No problem, but I would have preferred to have been aware of this.
