Booked Suzuki swift but they gave me Nissan latio which is in poor condition, I don’t want to argue with them as I was getting late for my business meeting.

They do not have the same car as I booked and offer me different car in same class. They did not mention that the car was 2 doors and have very small trunk.

The initial booking was great and everything went fairly smoothly. The only downside was having to wait to collect the car. It was an hour and more. The place was busy. After collection everything was fine.

Rate was very expensive for such a basic car.

Trying to change the booking time took some resolving but we got there. The car had lots of scratches all around, which is fine but please indicate them rather than asking me to do it! The car was fantastic highly recommended exceeded my expectations

Car was very economical on fuel

Paperwork required at Budget seemed excessive. It would be good if that could be done beforehand.

Were up sold for a cost of 30 euros because we arrived a few minutes early and supposedly the car was not ready yet

The only comment I have is we were disappointed to have to pay £100 insurance because we didn't have a credit card

The first car broke down, and it was impossible to get in touch with Centauro, until QEEQ interfered

The only problem we encountered was payment of tolls. I travelled through a number of states and it appears each state has its own system. I tried online and by phone but being a EU citizen with a non-US registered VISA credit card - there was no easy way to pay tolls. This meant that Dollar billed me twice afterwards with admin fees etc. I discovered after renting there is a toll sensor unit you can get for the windscreen for rental cars but the desk agent at Dollar did not inform me. Not great customer service in this case.

Really good customer service gave me a smaller car as I was uncomfortable driving the bigger one originally assigned to me

No instructions for picking up car - rental courtesy bus signs at airport are not for Alamo - Alamo is in park and ride carpaprk - awful instructions

The Rentscape team were fantastic - no could not fault them - they were really helpful and a fantastic team
