QEEQ CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Disappointed that despite returning the car early I was not refunded any money.

The car we rented was a Nissan Tiida, the vehicle had done over 170,000kms and whilst it was clean and tidy, it was very old and should be retired at this stage! The biggest issue was the car seat for our 6 month old baby. When we arrived the car seat wasn't fitted, this process took about 40minutes to sort out The first car seat installed moved about 15cm either side and was not secure. We had to say this wasn't good enough as they thought it was fine. Three car seat's later (all in extremely poor condition) we had to settle for something that was somewhat secure.. All of the car seats looked like they were about 20-30 years old and are not up to today's strict standards. These seats offered little to no protection for our baby should an accident occur, the seat belts were so old they folded over, there was no protective cushioning. I was so relieved to return the car seat/car upon leaving. We would never rent through Ezu again based on how old the rental was and the extremely poor condition of their non-compliant infant car seats. I felt unsafe the whole time with our baby in the car which was awful. Skimping on the safety of babies - shame on Ezu!

Qeeq was easy to book through, no issues. We had some trouble meeting the shuttle bus driver but got there eventually.

Clean vehicle, but there was some existing (slight) damage. Overall good experience, and counter staff made it easy to add another driver as well as change drop off location.

Good and clean car, good customer service, was easy to change the drop off location.

Reservation was for a hybrid, however the car was just an automatic. The vehicle was quite old but everything worked.

The car and customer service were good. The extras in the bill ( insurance, additional driver, etc) were not explained at pick up and were a surprise at the end.

Tuve que manejar 2 horas para que me cambien el auto porque tenía un problema Renault 9 asientos . Cuando lo cambie VW 9 asientos , tuve que ponerle aceite , luego me lo reembolsaron . A Álamo en Florencia les falta ver el mantenimiento de sus carros .

Had to wait over 2 hours for my car... Very poor service...

Had to wait an insanely long time for the car over 2 hours... Then was charged afterwards for minor damage that was not caused by me...

couter staff was very friendly. However, they don’t know qeeq at all Not only Qeeq but also axa insurance.

I landed late at night so I got the car keys via an automatic rental vending machine. It was easy enough to use, and understandable at such a remote location off peak hours. The car was better than what I had booked. A great and very smooth process overall.

It needs to be clear that there is no one waiting for you outside. You need to exit and go to your right where the transit van waits for you. Also again the full to full doesn’t apply. Usually you return the car trying to get the right amount of gas… Generally speaking I would rent again from Abbycar BUT I would like the full to full to be applied. Very friendly staff!

The car, pick up and drop off were fine. The car broke down with a flat battery and the service from Budget was dreadful.

I did not get the vehicle that I paid for.

J'ai loué cette voiture en ligne. Une fois à l'aéroport plus de voiture disponible. Nous étions plusieurs clients à attendre et à essayer de trouver une solution pour pouvoir partir. Après 2h d'attente nous avons finalement réussi à avoir quelques choses (nous étions en tête de list) mais d'autres personnes ont attendu encore plus longtemps. Une fois à l'accueil ils vous vendent des options qui ne servent à rien (rendre la voiture sans mettre le plein en disant que l'essence est à 6.25$ dehors et que eux en mettent pour 5.25$. L'essence était entre 3.09$ et 5.00 $donc belle arnaque. De plus un voyant s'est allumé au bout du 3eme jour.

Though it was a cheaper option, I don't think I would rent a car through YESAWAY again. The car we got was very old, the nav and controls were in Japanese and we were told they couldn't adjust it, the electrical wasn't good, and the car's battery died after we parked. We did not leave the lights on, the doors were closed, and everything was locked but the battery died. I wouldn't trust renting through them again especially in a country like New Zealand where you could travel for many miles without hitting a town. The customer service was nice, but I wouldn't be comfortable renting a car through them again.
