Car was great apart from the rear windows not coming all the way up. Common on convertibles that are not maintained.
Pick up process took nearly 2.5 hours. Ridiculous bad service

The staff were amazing. Best customer service I’ve experienced. Mitchel who served us was attentive, friendly and helpful. Didn’t get the name of the man we dropped the car off with but he was very friendly and dropped us at the terminal as we were disabled.
No pushy sales, quick and efficient. Great car. Perfect experience.

Booked car originally and our flight changed to 6 hours earlier. They couldn’t change the booking time for some reason and said the only option was to cancel and rebook. Did this and the car was now £100 more expensive so had to book a smaller car. If you couldn’t amend the time on the system, I’m sure you could have contacted the hire car company to amend the time. Very poor service.
We had to wait quite a long time and several phone calls to get picked up at the airport and be taken to the Sicily By Car office to collect the vehicle.
Also the satnav directions to get back to their office and drop off the vehicle, using the Company's postcode, took us on a very circuitous, county route.

I didn't realise I was using QEEQ until I received the booking confirmation.
The pickup process took longer than expected when compared to other companies I have dealt with before. Upon returning the car, the rental company informed me that there were scratches on the front disc wheel and charged me 171 euros. However, when I received the invoice via email, it stated that I only owed 140 euros.
Booked Mazda 3 (compact) but was given Honda Fit (sub compact); a size smaller than what I booked.

Seems QEEQ not able to support on time change request initially. Now if QEEQ could request compensation for the smaller subcompact car given instead of compact car.
Nobody at the rental counter when arriving and door locked. Tried calling the two phone numbers stated on the door, no answer. Went to the garage and was disrespectfully met. Waited till the delivery guy went to the third vehicle without looking at me. He said I had to repass by the counter, his colleagues had said I could wait wherever I wanted. Had to wait for two persons at the counter…
Lost an hour at the pick up.
The car was in good conditions except for the "service engine" indicator on, and a mild noise when using the air conditioning
The car was clean and nothing out of ordinary that attracted my attention

There were 6 people waiting for cars and 2 servers. However another member of staff helped us check in on the self service machine which was very quick
