Walk 30 meters ahead, and you will see the Times Car Rental sign. Arrive at T2: 1. Take the airport free shuttle to T1. 2. Follow the "Car Rental" signs to the rental desk area.

It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
You cannot rent a car with only a Myna Menkyo; a Japanese driver’s license is required. If using automated immigration gates, ask staff for a stamp/seal to prove your entry date—without it, you cannot rent a car. If you’re registered in Japan’s Resident Register and re-enter within 3 months (not cumulatively), your re-entry date won’t count as the "landing date" for international license validity.
