First of all, we got Fiat instead of Opel. But the worst thing was happened at the end. We dropped off the car and were told that was a damage, actyally itvwas some slight attrision on the bumper. We are definetly not involved in its appearence - may be it was not be marked, since it does not look like damage. However we were charged. Now we are trying to get the compencation since we have the ensurence. Meanwile the answer that we got from QEEQ was not relevant to our request. Another unpkeasant thing: we payed in advance for the gps, but at the drop of we were cgarged again for tge gps.

We wrote to qeeq.com and explained the problems but their answer was very formal and did not contain any operative information that might be useful to us

Budget has charged me 80 euro more than contract because of 30 minutes of delay.

Lors du retour, l’employé de Hertz Était seul et nous a informé qu’il fallait patienter 30 minutes avant qu’il inspecte notre véhicule. Lui indiquant que nous avions un avion à prendre et que nous devions récupérer notre caution de $3000, il nous a simplement dit de laisser les clefs dans la voiture … Très peu rassurant, et pas professionnel.

El auto está en condiciones demasiado malas, no debería alquilarse, asientos manchados, innumerables rayones, golpes, paneles plásticos dañados, además lo entregaron tan sucio que tuvimos nosotros que limpiarlo, aspirarlo y desinfectarlo

Amazing service plane was diverted so delayed on arrival by 3 hrs outside of office hrs I rang the counter guy and he said he would wait past his finish time so we did not have to return the nxt day. He waited till 6.30 and he should have finished at 6. Wow.

Easy to use and found a good deal. Important to be very clear on the conditions around purchasing insurance though, as this did lead to a longer pick up process than expected.

El personal fue amable. El auto era exactamente lo que rentamos y aparentemente en buen estado. Solo la carrocería tenía varios detalles (los cuales quedaron estipulados perfectamente en el contrato)

The car was great and the customer service was fantastic!

The booking platform was good however Qeeq need to make the customer aware of the on ground company name to enable to find the right rental company.

Staff were very helpful when picking up the car and very informative When we dropped the car off the staff offered to drive us to the terminal instead of having to wait for the bus as it was raining hard

Flight was delayed and charged 300 baht for late pick up was frustrating when it was out of my control.

Counter staff was particularly helpful, competent and pleasant. I did not get the name of the lady at the counter in Pointe-à-Pitre but I wish I had so I could commend her specifically.

Staff at location pickup (Rachel) and drop-off (Jennifer) were excellent. I should also compliment the other clients waiting when I picked up the vehicle ( a very collegial group). One of the benefits of a non airport location is that nobody is in such a rush to be somewhere else
