Budget should accept multiple modes of payment (cash, debit cards, online banking, etc.)and should not rely on credit card payment only. Because not every customer has a credit card and some has the ability to pay in CASH!!

There is additional charges when you go to the car rental. Almost half the price.
We were unfortunate in that we were rear-ended on highway, but although the car that hit us was totalled, our rental was able to drive away safely after the police officer assessed the scene. The return process was much less complicated than expected. The only negative would be that the telephone number provided by the rental agency was not answered even though I called on three different days and the voice mail was full. The email I sent did make it to the staff though, so they were aware of the situation before I arrived.

The platform worked fine. I did not use the price drop protection.
There needs to be better staffing at the parking so multiple customers can be serviced at the same time. Process is very very cumbersome and needs to be improved significantly.
QEEQ does not reflect the ‘actual’ vehicle supplied, after checking in at the car rental counter.
Not sure how important this is as I have never been offered the car specified, as it is normally ‘or similar’
Most times it’s a bit disappointing!
All staff had a difficult time pronouncing my last name that starts with the letter Y. I suppose in their culture it is pronounced with an H sound as in “hard”. So I had to do a little training on one of the staff. She was very appreciative and had a good attitude. That made it OK for me.

The name of the company under QEEQ was Surprice Rental Car. There were many extra fees that are outlined on the reservation form and on the shuttle bus that may “surprice” you.

The car was about average, roughly 2-3 years old but with relatively high mileage. Interior was clean and the drive's fairly smooth, but the engine was a bit noisy (have driven many Civics before).
There were also many scratches around the body and rims.
Considering the amount paid for this car/category, we weren't too happy given the above.
We had expected for a newer or better maintained car. Hope to see improvements in the future.
The car was a pretty pathetic vehicle which was so gutless it's not really very safe to drive on Qatari roads. The car absolutely reeked of carpet/fabric cleaner for many hours after pickup, it was nauseating. The seats were still stained, the staff member only caring about the appearance of the car on the outside. Dropping the car off, nobody was at the counter for about 15-20 minutes and I had to just wait there with no idea if anybody was coming or not. It was pretty difficult to understand the English (no arabic) of the staff members, especially when I called to ask to extend the booking. I couldn't understand how much extra it would be to extend for another day, so had to just accept whatever it would be the next day as the person could not communicate the cost to me. I have no idea if/when my credit card hold would be removed - these things were not communicated to me.

I have book for TOYOTA Fortuner ended up we reach chiang rai airport they pass us and Isuzu Car which they didnt let us know… car have reverse sensor, but it’s not working . Car player not really functioning. I do understand is a high season but they needs to let us know they dont have Toyota Fortuner and we can try find somewhere else.. not when we reach then we knows that we’re not getting the TOYOTA FORTUNER CAR .
Both of the staff excellent, helped a lot, give a good explanation, especially when we returned the car, we are in hurry to catch the train to Paris, he willing to help & send us to the nearest train station, if not we definitely will missed the train.. tq so much!
