They offered us a larger car for no extra price as we had 3 teenagers in the back seat for 5 weeks and they thought it would be best with a larger sedan than a small hatchback. The staff went above and beyond and the vehicle was fabulous.

After hours pi k up very poor waited more than 1 hour for pick up from airport.we phoned the office got an answerphone which said go to pick up point .no one came until my son managed to contact an agent in Melbourne.we landed in Brisbane

Thrifty staff were very friendly and efficient in processing my rental. Car was nice and clean and met my expectations.

Booking platform was nice and easy to use. Easy Cars were very good and friendly. They kept you informed all the way with the occasional reminder eg. about purchasing insurance. I had the comfort that they had the price protector though it didn't work for me. Free cancellation and price protector were very important for me and Easy Cars provided that. Easy Cars just lives up to it's name of Easy Car Rental!! Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again

Diagram of the damages of the car was not updated and the level of the fuel was not OK. During the drop-off they found new damage on the front bumper but when we show them pictures from pick up they gave up and no further action was taken.

Так как получали машину вечером не заметили что одна из верёвок понимающие внутреннию крышку при открытии багажника была оборвана. В Бергамо выезд через все шлагбаумы через звонок, т.е камера не видит что машина с проката.

Me entregaron un coche viejo, en mal estado, la 5ª marcha no funcionaba. Sucio, lleno de golpes. Lo entregue, 2 días después no quieren devolver la fianza de 1.500$. Un robo.

The car was old if you compare a car rented in USA, it had more than 160,000 kilometers and the general conditions were not good. Tires were old and the engine is forced when you drive thorugh the mountains in Ecuador, I imagine because the age of the cars. I arranged all the insurance with EasyRent but at the arrival Europcar people forced me to buy the Civil Responsability, and I had to pay 150 USD more than expected. My general opinion is bad, I have rented with Europcar in other countries with a different experience.

The web is excellent, you can find very competitive prices at it.

Checking with you now but hertz Did not hold the cars booked when our flight was delayed by 6 hours and we had to rebook with them through you Don’t understand why not given we paid and were arriving charged more and are trying to charge 75 euro for not bringing the car back 100% full when it was over 90% full and cost to top up would be c 10 euro

Initially good but follow up was difficult after hertz let us down Took 3/5 hours to rebook which was stressful

We had an issue with the wiper fluid. We travelled from Reno to South Lake Tahoe and noticed that the wiper fluid kept freezing with the lower temperatures. I kept a bottle of winter solution on hand to splash on the windshield whenever the windshield got too dirty from the weather conditions.

They were responsive when I had questions.

Nice staff. Smooth pick-up and drop-off process. Close to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

The overall process went good, nothing to complain about except... You are not told right from the start when you make a booking that even if you buy the highest possible insurance, you will still have to pay from your own pocket any damages that might occur in the case of an accident and then way for a refund from the ensurer. This should be much better communicated.
