Initially good but frustrating

I told the staff that I had to go to Switzerland and paid Euro 35 for travelling accross the border. I understood that part and paid. I was told the car had most likely the required sticker for going across the border, which it did not have and I paid Euro 40 at the border. When I returned the car I was told I had to pay an addional 52 Euro border fees, which was all in all very disappointing as my currency is South African Rands which is x 20 in other words I had to pay R 1840 in addion which is a lot for me !

El coche genial, solo el dia d recogida y entrega por el tema de las maletas, era un poco justo, al quedarse el maletero pequeño cuando levantamos los dos asientos extra .

Me ayudaron muy amablemente con algunas dudas que tenia sobre el depósito, sin dudar volvería a alquilar un coche con ellos

The problem is with payment I have rent the in price of 1380 Europe but I found they take from my master card more than 2000 Europe Could you explain and how I return my rest money back

The blocked amount was too high.. specially for full insurance car ! .. Alot of hided fees ..

The car had more scratches than reported, but after taking photos of them all and going back to the counter, the counter lady marked them at the spots I pointed on the paper without hesitation and always with a smile. Returning the car was a little bit interesting as a guy just walked up to me and took the car key, so I asked him to show me his ID and later on asked him to let me photograph that as well. I've yet to get the card hold back; hope the guy was not a smart thief :)

Initially, I had doubts: a company far-far away, not always accurate and precise info on the site or from the online staff, but ultimately everything got cleared up and I had no issues. Of course, things could have been much different if I scratched the car or had an accident, but fortunately, that was not the case.
