Our check-in person wasn't very nice and forced me to upgrade to their full cover as I didn't have a credit card, they would not accept my excess cover I had purchased elsewhere. The upgrade to full cover was also over 4 times what it would have been if I had selected this option at time of purchase (€20 vs. €90). Pretty predatory. Also the car was only half full of petrol when we picked it up. Our check out person was very nice though.

Good platform to see cheap available car rentals for last minute bookings.

While on our trip, I reported that someone scratched our car in a parking lot. I had the other driver’s information and I filled out all the requested forms. I am very disappointed that this matter could not be resolved while we were still in Israel and that I was told I will have to wait several MONTHS until I can get a refund to my credit card of the $500 deductible! If there is a quicker way to do this, I would very much appreciate it.

Great car condition. Great service. Quite strict with the processes (driver has to be the one that made the reservation, credit card ONLY on his/her details), but this is not always bad. But,they also accept debit cards.

Me cambiaron el auto (Toyota Camrry) por un Mitsubishi Outlander, buen cambio pensando pensando la cantidad de personas y maletas.

The car was ready and waiting. It was clean and full of fuel. It was an easy seamless process.

First time that I have used this App and it is really good. Helpful and got me a good price. I appreciated the reminders that it sent me. I’ve already booked my next hire through it.

The customer service was excellent. The clerk was very friendly and professional. He offered an upgrade for a larger, more comfortable vehicle. It was very much appreciated.

Customer service was fantastic as our travel plans had to change and our reservation needed to be modified. I was able to get a vehicle, although smaller, but for a better price.

First two cars allocated the automatic key was not functioning - surprising default that had not been identified snd sorted before vehicles were allocated . Third car was functional but older , and overall in a much used state . underpowered.

Car was not cleaned properly prior to rental, particularly from outside. Their was a dent on the front left with bumper coming lose and it was not noted in the rental documents - I had to ask the security guy to ensure it was added and he later did

La sra del escritorio en la entrega se molesto porque no quize pagar mas seguros que los que ya habia comprado con QEEQ y me tiraba los papeles sobre la mesa, fue tosca y grosera en su actuar.

Deben informar a sus proveedores lo que sus clientes les compran, eviten que sus clientes paguen mas de una vez los seguros, eso deteriora su imagen

Didn't wait long for the car but when I got it , my expectations was overly exceeded and satisfied.

As a platform qeeq has always allow me to book both a late and last minute rental with ease and with out a worry in the world.

To pick up the car at the Orlando airport took way too long. Waited an hour and half in line.
