They rang me to say the shuttle was on the way to pick me up, smooth pick up of car, polite and efficient. Toyota yaris was great for 2 of us. Very happy.

Easy platform to use, clear on options available.

Not very friendly or helpful, easy jet cancelled our flight for the 18th June and we moved the car pick up to the 19th June but they said they had not received our message and had taken our money and cancelled the car hire so we had to re book another car at twice the price having already lost the original pay out.

nice that insurance is included in the rent, other companies try to squeeze extra money to buy extra insurance while all cars already have one.

It was so easy to pickup the car at Budget, being that the location was in terminal. This was key being that we arrived after 8:30pm, and was so convenient ! Everything went really well.

It was a flawless booking! Very easy, and the car was just perfect.

the woman who attended me told me that I just had to call if I wanted to rent the car more time. She checked my contract and told me that it would be at the same price per day. When I called for that, a man told me that the day price changes every day and that I had to pay up to 3 times more for the same vehicle.

Straight forward operation. Our flight arrived early. (Imagine that) They were accommodating and found us a car. They came to airport to give us car right at Antalya airport. No upcharges. No extra charges. No games. Gave us a whatsapp number to use. Responsive servuce. Will use again.

Had 6 car changes very poor level of service

The whole service was excellent and the car was a great size. The pick up and drop off were super smooth and quick and it couldn’t have been better. There were some bumps and scratches on what was a pretty new car, but we photographed any damage and were in the car within 20 minutes of getting to the collection desk. That included check in and walking to the collection point! Well done Alamo!!

A great app that saved us money, dropped the price before we collected the car, and got us a great deal on any insurances etc. My new favourite App

I had already purchased insurance and she tried to convince me I needed more. I was not pleased with that.

Yes I had a rebooking but I already had the paperwork with the old booking and booking number ; The counter staff didn’t recognise the old number ( panic) But I searched my emails and showed the latest booking ( bingo)… Could anything be done to connect the two?

The car had a vibration between 60 and 65 and needed to have the wheels balanced. Hardly surprising with two different tyres on the front and different tyres on the rear

Car ok. Problems with credit card--thought was fraud use. worked out with Budget eventually. SO THEY DID THEIR JOB. Budget needs an over ride to credit card company to check out / rectify card problem. Lock you out after 2 card tries.

Excellent to deal,with Fabulous car

I had a terrible experience. They gave me already damaged car and I got tyre breakdown on the highway. The mirror was already damaged and after the tyre damage during the drive, the mirror has completely gone. They even ask me to drive in that way without mirror. I had to go back to Catania by bus in order to get the replacement car. They charged me 900€ deposit and 640€ for the damages. They haven’t even returned back the deposit yet. What’s more the location of the pickup and drop off cannot be found easily. During the drop off two staff of Sicily Car Rental have helped me. I had a very very very bad experience and I’ve lost a lot of money because of their fault. I want my money back and I’ll never ever choose this bad company at all.

I loved the car and enjoyed my 1500 mile journey around England in it. Having the SatNav was a great bonus.

QEEQ found me a great deal.

Could not find Truche as it was in an underground car pk of a building that was being renovated and there were no signs.
