Car was good with no problems apart from a horseshoe shaped crack in the windscreen that had not been noticed by the staff fortunately it did not cause any problems but could have smashed completely especially on some of the unmade Sicilian roads had a stone kicked up. Now we are being charged 81Euros for a slight scratch on the wheel hub cap.

Booking was straight forward but directions to the pick up place were completely wrong. It said walking distance of terminal but on arrival we were told it was the wrong place so had to walk back to the terminal and get a shuttle bus. These need to be amended to avoid confusion and time wasting.

Les formalités au comptoir étaient assez rapides mais le temps d'attente pour avoir un véhicule était de plus d'une heure avec une queue continue d'une quinzaine de personnes car il n'y avait pas assez de voitures de disponibles ! elle rentraient au compte-goutte, cherchées ailleurs !!! la galère ! aucune organisation, on a fait n'importe quoi sans se soucier des clients qui attendaient ! Dollar est lamentable par rapport à d'autres loueurs !

Took a long time getting the car. Hertz desk was very busy so the waiting time in queue was long. Once at the desk I was told the cars weren’t available and I had to wait. The queuing process was chaotic and disorganised.

I called 7 times before someone answered to come and pick me up.

Everything was good except the cars smell like firmer renter was smoking inside the car. I had to drive on with windows open for 15mn. Overall, everything was perfect

No problems arrived at desk no queue dealt with straight away no attempt to upsell insurances as we had QEEQ / AXA insurance. They did not have a 12 seater which we had booked but straight away gave us a 15 seater. Good service

Excellent Third time using QEEQ and no issues with 3 different hire companies. Did not avail of price drop but did change vehicle size and supplier two weeks out and all refunds and changes handled smoothly. Might be nice day befire travel to get confirmation of booked vehicle availability

Ended up hiring a larger car as we had increased luggage and car we had planned to hire was same spec as what we had at home which would no way fit everything in. Wasn’t cheap overall, bur given good daily price on increase. Service was fantastic and went out of their way to assist with child car seats etc.

Matthew at the counter was very helpful. We made three separate bookings (which was cheaper than making one continuous booking), and instead of bringing the vehicle back after the first booking, he allowed us to keep the car and do the checkout over the phone. Outstanding customer service.
